The Coachman Shop / Poor customer service!

I bought a hidesign leather bag from The coachman shop in Gateway shopping mall , durban, south Africa on the 23 November 2007 and I was told that it has a one year guarantee. When I got home I discovered that the bag's cotton was running. I returned the bag the following day only to be told that there are no returns. The lady who was serving me was Neresh Mohan, she told me that they do not do returns and refunds. I had to argue with her because there is no place on the slip or the the shop itself which said no returns. There was a guarantee card that came with the bag that confirmed one year guarantee. She then told me that they will refund me some other day since they did not have enough money that day. This was shocking to me since I never expected anything like that from The coachman shop.
