The Children's Place / did not receive items I ordered or a refund its been two weeks

I placed an order and 5 of the items were missing from my order when I received it. I have sent several emails as well as made several phone calls and not one of the customer service associates or anybody from the "escalation" team can provide any assistance other than " Ma'am we have sent this over to our warehouse to see if the items have been shipped yet and it could take up to ten days to find out". Nope wrong answer guys. NOBODY can transfer me nor can they get someone in management on the phone. I just need my 5 items shipped over night delivery ( It's possible it does exist ) and someone that works for them can make it happen. I do not recommend this place for ANYTHING. They haven't even offered me a refund or any kind of compensation for there screw up that still hasn't been fixed
