Firstly I make request driver from the application with mentioned the location for pickup and d dropped point.
The captain accept the trip after late to find the location came and spoke with bad way refused to open the door and last refused the trip and the charge back to us
Second order after wait in the road with my children in the sun when the captain came he refused the trip and he mentioned he not go out of October after he accept the trip and he go and the charge back to us again
Finally we call Authorized Agent

And the person he answered us around 12.15pm during the conversation he us bad word with my brother like mother [censored]er
And a lot of word same
For these person we will report in police station for the bad word he used
But from Careem company we will wait the feedback
the food!
I do not understand how this place has not been closed down by health inspectors.
The coleslaw tasted like it was a month old. Sour. The bread was moldy. The fries tasted as if they were soaked in burnt old oil. The prime rib was all fat and was served raw when Medium was requested. The chicken tenders were grossly freezer burned.
The table my party was seated at was filthy! Crumbs and grease from the group before were left while paper place mats soaked up residual grease.
The bathrooms were filthy and the smell was incapacitating.
Just when we thought it could not get worse we noticed the underage drinking in the back area sand box.
This place is unbelievable.
