The Brick Whitby Ontbedroom set

I ordered furniture, bedroom set and dining room set
The bedframe and dresser was on back order. I picked it up on Wednesday November 28th. got it home and the footboard was missing the metal piece to attach the sides of the bed frame. Called the store in Whitby and emailed - got no reply. Went into the store yesterday and talked to the manager and she told me I have to wait until the end of December. I asked her to take the part off the showroom bedframe and she said absolutely not. I said I was extremely unhappy and would tell my story on social media. She told me to go ahead as The Brick only has a 1* rating anyway !!!

Very poor service and I am a VIP customer supposedly !
