I am being charged $83.58 to my paypal account constantly.
Please respond as I see another charge this month. It stated
when I ordered I would be billed but not $83.58 monthly.
I have never received a email regarding these charges which
I provided. It also makes no sense I might not have anyone

we ordered a grand daughters jewelry box from you and what we received was no where what was in the picture in the ad. this is clearly false advertising and i, ll never order anything from you again, i was pissed when i opened that box and seen what you sent. i, ve dealt with you a lot over the years and always got what i ordered whats your problem?

The Bradford Exchange Awaken blend and defense roll on.

Well I had to create a new account in order to reply to bill I got today. (Oct. 26, 2019). I sent a request by email to get the correct address to return the "Awaken Blend and Roll On" . I am sorry, but I do not like it at all. Kept it for a week or so, before I ever opened it. After smelling it, I knew I did not want to chance any more shipments. So I asked to cancel any furhter ones. Since I am not sure where to return this to, I am sending it to "The Bradford Exchange-9307 Milwaukee Ave. Niles, IL. 60714. I am not going to pay for something I don't like or will keep. So the 64.03 that you say I owe you will not be paid. If this is not the right place to send returns, then hopefully they will know where to send it to. If not that is where it will be found. I love the Thomas Kincaid defuser and oils that I got with it. But don't want to take a chance on anything else. So again, I say "Please cancel any further products that would be sent to me". I also would like a confirmation that you got this email. Thank You.

The Bradford Exchange Ho train sets

Ordered New England Superbowl L111 Ho trains for this years Superbowl Win. Recieved the first two cars, engine and attached car. Been waiting for a dome car and a trophy car which is a flatbed car with the 2 Helnets, Score and Superbowl Trophy on it. I recieved 2 50 ft championship box cars Iinstead. They can't tell me if a trophy car is being made, although I have the last 4 superbowl train set wins with an engine, attached car, domecar and trophy car. They can't tell me anything about a dome car or a trophy car. I also ordered the Boston Red Sox World Series 4 car train set last year when they won the World Series last October. Only recieved the first two cars on that set and a year later, I am stil waiting for the dome car and the trophy car. Have called Bradford Exchange multiple times for updates and they don''t know. Asked to speak to the dept. head, they don't have one, only supervisors. For all I know they could switrched me to another person that answers the phone. So disgusted with them now that I am sending them all back for a full refund on all of them. DON'T buy trains from these people

The Bradford Exchange Regarding harry potter village

I received my last Harry Potter village item & was charged the $37.70 on July 13, which is fine. Then I was charged 4 days later again on July 17. I called & spoke to "Sheldon" (who was yawning as he answered the call) & he said I owed $75.00 that's why I was charged twice but he couldn't explain why. I canceled my acct #[protected] & further shipments.
Please let me know why the extra charge.

The Bradford Exchange Elephant figurine

I contacted Bradford on numerous occasions telling them that I no longer have the one they are talking about. I made 2 big shipments for returning all my items from them. One was around last May and the other around last June. They kept on billing me for it and I no longer own it. I will call them and see why it was sent to you for collection. Thank you much !

The Bradford Exchange Trying to sort out my over payment

Ordered pooh coin for £9.95 and something else can't remember what but got invoice for pooh coin £9.95+numb (whatever that is) £9.95+blisterP (whatever that is) .I got the coin and folder, the total amount for it is £19.90+£2.99 postage =£22.89..I went on line to pay by card, filled in the form didn't think it went through so done it again thought it didn't go through so did it again, then found out that it had gone through so over payed .I rang the phone number that saids 24 hours a day 7 days a week ([protected]), after about 15 minutes a machine answered and said there is a high volume of calls waiting time up for 30 minutes press star leave number call you back in 8 hours.No call back this was Friday 7 dec so rang on Saturday about 15 minutes later machine answered we are closed for the weekend, not happy about this, i rang up on Monday at 13.20 waited for 10 minutes again a machine answered high volume of calls press star leave number call you back in about 8 hours so left number [protected] .over 9 hours later no call back so i rang again 10 to15 minutes later machine answered and said office is closed..So much for their 24 hour 7 day a week, so that's a lie for a start. Still trying to sort out my over payment they are false advertising on their invoice when it says phone 24 hours a day 7 days a week when a machine answers we are closed at night and at weekends how do they away with it

The Bradford Exchange Inadequate refund

I returned 3 items for refund, with full knowledge of the C/S department. Out of the 3 (identical) items returned, I was only refunded for ONE of them. I'm not sure if the receiving warehouse doesn't communicate with the rest of the company, or what.

The fact that they acknowledge the receipt of one item (with a partial refund of $59.99), means they received all three since all of them were bubble-wrapped together and in the original mailer WITH ALL ORIGINAL PAPERWORK. They still owe $119.98

Customer Service department is only giving me the run-around.

The Bradford Exchange Pomeranian accent lamp

So I ordered thePomeranian lamp back in the middle of September and they had said it would be shipped I never received it and quite honestly had forgotten about it then on October 17th they took another 38.49 out of my account and the only reason I noticed it is because my bank account was off and I went through to check it and then I was like oh I forgot all about this. Been realizing I never received it and they took two payments so was not upset things happen called Bradford Exchange but customer service representative that I talk to told me that it was not they did not charge my account and I said well I would be happy to fax my bank statement over and she basically told me I was lying I ask to speak to a supervisor put me on hold for about 10 minutes then somebody picked up the phone and hung up. This was supposed to be a gift for my landlord who has been wonderful to my son and I and it meant a lot to me to receive it by November 12th and I even asked the CSR that the first time I spoke with them when I initially ordered it. I feel like if it was an accidental disconnection they would have called me back because it's beginning of the conversation the woman said to me may I please have a phone number that we can call you back at in case it were disconnected so it obviously was not an accident because I still have not received the call back. I would still like to have the lamp but I'm kind of annoyed cuz I feel like it won't be here by November 12th.

I ordered a Pomeranian accent lamp back on on on or around September 19th the woman charged my card $38.49 told me that the item would be shipped I have been forgotten about it then this month I had to check my bank account statement cuz my bank account was off and I realized that they had taken another $38.49 off which was absolutely okay I was not upset I realize accidents happen so I called to let them know about it and the customer service representative said they did not charge your card and I was trying to explain to her that I would fax them my bank statement and she just continue to talk over me and basically told me I was lying. I ask to speak to a supervisor after being on hold for about 10 minutes somebody picked up the phone and hung it up I was disconnected. if it was an accidental disconnection I feel like they would have called me back because of the beginning of the conversation she asked me for my phone number in case we got disconnected she could return my call. So I would just like to have my lamp I explained it was for my landlord who has been very kind to my son and I and they have five Pomeranian dogs and I was so ecstatic when I saw that lamp. So I would like them to ship my item. and I would gladly fax them my bank statement showing that I had been charged for it but the lady was so rude wouldn't even listen to me and disconnected me so I'm sure now that I have to contact you guys I will not have this by November 12th and if I do not have the product by November 12th it's useless to me because it's a birthday present. Thank you for your time

The Bradford Exchange Try to cancel & they sign u up for another subscription

Do not buy anything from them — no matter how tempting. I was getting the train pieces and after about 6 - I decided to cancel in june of 2017 and they rep told me I had two more payments left and if I would like to pay all now or finish the remaining two. I told her pay on full as I wanted to cancel. The following week charges for hawthorne village start to appear on my credit card and tried calling them numerous times and they refuse to talk to u unless you provided the full credit card number. A total of 7 payments were charged for $30 and never received a single item and credit card could only refund 5 of the 7. Then in march 2018 I got debt collection notices for something I never signed up for or received.

The Bradford Exchange What i'm complaining about, is that I was told, that my son's gift would be here before I leave to go out of town for christmas.

I was told two or three times, that it would absolutely be here. The not the last time but the time before I talk to someone, they told me absolutely that his dog tag necklace would be here. So I waited and waited and it's not here yet, and tomorrow is Saturday and I'm leaving for Ohio Sunday. When I talk to the young man, I said I hope you have a Merry Christmas if you celebrate Christmas, his comment was no I'm an atheist, I don't celebrate Christmas, ice as well my brother is an agnostic, and he's of course I celebrate Christmas, I thanked him for his levity, even though I felt like he was a bit serious about being an atheist. But he promised me this necklace would be here! I called again today the Friday before Christmas, the lady I talked to today, tells me, that the dog tag necklace is at the engravers, and she says there's no promise date to when it's going to arrive. I asked her, why did everybody else tell me there was a time that it would arrive well they told me it would be here before Christmas. And she had a slight attitude like, that's not my problem. I've ordered from Bradford Exchange a lot through the years, I have never met with the last two people being so rude. I'm frustrated enough at being promised it would be here, and then I have to deal with rude people. Now I have nothing for my son for Christmas, and my income is low I can't go out and buy him something else. Customer service at the Bradford Exchange needs to stop lying just to get a sale. Because I would not have ordered it if I didn't think it would have been here. I am so angry and annoyed that I have no words that would even fit how I have been treated and lied to. My phone automatically record conversations. So whatever anybody's told me I've got it on recording just like everybody else record their conversations. The Bradford Exchange Stay from these folks

Ordered a pendant on November 1st. They said it would arrive within 8-15 business days.
Fifteen business days went by and I emailed them with logical questions. They said that actually they provided me with a tracking number via email, if I don't have this email I should check my junk folder. I checked but didn't find anything. Then I called USPS and they checked absolutely everything and didn't find anything either. Moreover, they said the package has never been sent to them.
Trying to refund through my bank now.
Don't mess with them.

The Bradford Exchange Thieves

I placed an order with a delivery by the special day. At least they guaranteed this. It's easy to guess what happened next because I wouldn't have been writing this review then. Yes, I didn't receive my order on time. Contacting them didn't bring any results. They keep saying my order was shipped, but if so where's my tracking number then? I asked for a refund and they agreed, but there's still no refund. And what's more, they charged me once again for who knows what. I will have to contact the authorities if you don't stop this mess, guys.

The Bradford Exchange Miracles blossom ring

My name is Rebecca Tarmon, I saw a Ad for the "Miracles blossom Ring". I fell in LOVE with that ring instantly! My Dear husband wanted me to have this for my Birthday. He is sick an won't be with me much longer. I have called twice and spoke to Customer Service, I was told they were sending me a return box & label. This has been almost a month ago... The Rose fell of the ring. My heart broke! My payments have continued to be taken of my card. But I don't even have a wearable ring.
Please someone contact me immediately about this issue. I would love, as would my sick husband to see this beautiful ring on my hand.

The Bradford Exchange Coins

Don't buy from Bradford Exchange. Their collectibles are flea market quality. Most of the items are over priced, They are never going to increase in value, Because of sh_tty workmanship & mass production. If you are into coins buy directly from a mint located in a specific country. You will be glad you did. In most cases the item is made out of precious metal verses Bradford Exchange's gold leaf over brass. Frankly most of Bradford Exchange's crap looks like someone stuck it up their a double s. Then didnt bother cleaning it up with Chlorine bleach b4 sending it out.

I ordered a silver eagle 1986 reverse struck mint error coin or that's what the advertisement said I ordered it over a year ago even got a certificate with it stating it is authentic and is what it was claimed to be well yesterday I brought it to a local coin dealer and he told me that Bradford exchange is a scam to buy from and told me that there was no error on the coin like there is supposed to be and it is ungraded I paid close to 250 dollars for the coin and found out it's not worth really anything more then the value of the silver content it makes me mad and feel like I been cheated and ripped off and am going to be filing a consumer complaint and contacting my attorney general because they shouldn't be allowed to false advertise and rip people off I want something done about this and can be contacted at ericjames55720@gmail.com I hope something is done to make this right I just started collecting coins and to get ripped off makes me never want to trust a company again

I agree - Bradford Exchange coins are crap. They are mass produced. In most cases they are silver plate over brass. At most they are flea market quality. Bradford Exchange makes it sound like they cut special deals with with celebrities, royalty and foreign countries to create their [censored] junk. Also, never give Bradford Exchange your phone number. They're marketing reps will hound you till hades freezes over with worthless gimmicks 2 get you 2 by more crap. A better solution is to deal through a legitimate mint. The prices are comparable or cheaper than Bradford Exchange. Their is no guess work about the metal content. (If it says silver it is indeed silver) & there's all sorts of themes to choose from.

The Bradford Exchange Where is my refund?

I bought something from Bradfordexchange and received an incorrect item and contacted the company right away asking for a refund. They gave me all the necessary information and following their instructions I sent the product back. Bradfordexchange representative promised that I'll get my refund after they get the package and according to shipping service which I used Bradfordexchange already received it. But there is still no money and I can't reach anyone from customer service! I keep calling and emailing with no luck getting a reply! Please do not buy anything from this store, they stole my money!

The Bradford Exchange Items ordered being broken when I get them

have order two different items from this company, they were both Christmas presents. when they were opened they were both broken. sent them back and still have not heard any thing back from them. the first item that was ordered was the cardinal glitter globe when that was opened the cardinal was laying on it side and it was supposed to be standing up on a branch but it was not sent it back on the 14th of Dec. and have still not gotten a new one to replace it. they said it was received on Jan 4th and have still not got the new one yet. the second item that was ordered was Thomas Kinkade the stockings were hung when that was opened the Christmas tree was broke off at the base. It was not sent with a return label so I had to contact them to get a return label from them sent them two e-mails the first one with no answer the second one I told them I would be contacting my lawyer if they did not respond I was finally sent a return label in the mail and sent that one back on the 21st of Dec they said that one was received on Jan 5th. I will never order anything else from them again they do not care how they items are packaged or if they are broken they did not put fragile handle with care on either package if they would have they might not have been broken when I received them. I would suggest to other people out there not to order from them either. I won't ever order anything from them ever again because they don't care about their customers all they care about is making all the money that they can.

The Bradford Exchange Beware!!

Do not order anything from this scam site! I made my order back in March and receive nothing yet. When I contacted BradfordExchange for the first time they claimed my order was on its way and asked me to be more patient. One month later they said that my item was no longer in stock and offered me to cancel my order. I agreed and they promised me a refund. When I contacted them in May they said that my order was delivered! Then they ignored me till August. In August they replied and said I'll get my money soon and then nothing again! I'm so sick of this scam! I'm reporting BradfordExchange!
Beware, this website is not to be trusted!

I ordered a necklace for my grandson in Feb 2017, and was told that my card would not be charged. I received a postcard from Bradford Exchange on 04/09/2017 stating that due to unforeseen delays, they would not be able to ship out my item until 07/09/2017. I have waited until today (07/11/2017) to see what the hold up is. I called BE and was told that I did not reinstate my order, which is a lie, I did! And I have the card to prove it. Then I was told that the product was cancelled on June 07, 2017, and that I would not receive a refund since it did not ship. My credit card company said that my card was charged in Feb. I don't know who to believe now. All I know is that I don't have the necklace and I'm paying my credit card company for nothing. I will order nothing else from Bradford Exchange. They have really gone down from what I knew of them in earlier years.

The Bradford Exchange total scam!! do not deal with bradford exchange!!

No matter what you do just don't do business with BradfordExchange!
I used this company in the past and they disappointed me very much. They never delivered on time, sometimes they messed up the whole thing by sending the incorrect order and etc.
One day I decided to cancel my account and contacted BradfordExchange. They cancelled my account and I thought that it was finally over until about a month ago they charged some money from my card!
I contacted them again and one of their reps confirmed that I did not have an account there. Then I asked for some reasonable explanation why did they take my money and they answered nothing.
I never allowed them to keep my credit card details! And I never gave them permission to take my money! What's going on here?
And the worst part is that they still have my money and it seems like they've decided to keep it!

The Bradford Exchange this company is a scam!

I have ordered something from BradfordExchange in the past and all this time they had my credit card details! I never allowed them to keep my credit card information! But the worst part was that they charged me for who knows what! I ordered from them only once and they keep charging me. I don't know how to stop this madness. I guess the only possible way is to make a new card. They do not reply and it seem like they want to keep the money!
