stealing money from costumers!
My father took our family out for a nice dinner at TGI Fridays this last Thursday Feb 8th 2007. When the bill came and it was a good amount for 9 people they had taken out 18% gratuity my mother gave them a $25.00 gift card and said use this for the tip. We had gotten home and not only did he get gratuity they never took the 25.00 gift card off the bill or off the gratuity so the waiter ended up with a 62.00 tip.
Just be warned that they will not tell you weather or not they take gratuity you have to really look at your bill and then correct them a few times to get it right or to keep them honest.

We was a table of 11 and visited the Basildon branch the food took nearly a hour to arrive and once we had received it most of it was cold. The restaurant was very quiet and I do feel this is a long time to wait
served lunch though i would try tgi frozen wings . bought 3 packages 9 oz. they are fattiest low quality wing i have ever tasted , embarrassed that i served them.
You can bet I will not purchase them again. Very little meat on them and I was just so disappointed.
I visited a TGI fridays today I ordered two orders of loaded potatoes and the potatoes which were chips were burned I said no onions and there were onions plus on top of that food arrived late.

We ordered out and I got chicken quesadillas and in my salsa was piece of dish. Worse part manager didn't seem to concerned like I was lying. It was a big piece see attached. Someone could of really been hurt if swallowed or cut someone. Definitely messed my night up.
Order 2 Southern Fried chicken sandwich
Missing lettuce, tomato, pickles, avocado, spicy mayo on BOTH. Basically just got chicken breast and white cheese on the sandwich. Was also missing one Catchup container. It's an 35 mins drive from where I live. I also come to you guys. It's very disappointing
The service is dreadful especially if serving a single woman. I was told the food was very hot; it was lukewarm.

I went in to the TGI Fridays here in Coon Rapids, MN tonight and ordered a center cut sirloin and shrimp. The steak was not a center cut and was so tough and full of grisle I could barely cut into it. I ate what I could but just wanted you to know that I wasn't happy with the food at all. Service was great and won't order that ever again.
