I have been trying to resolve a 2800. increase in my policy for 23 from 22 rate on my ranch with no help at all. Wood County is where I reside, and no one will return my call. I leave message after message. I finally spoke with the agent who told me to file a claim for my roof which is why supposedly my insurance went up almost $2800. I filed it and it did...

Texas Farm Bureau Unethical

This company has the worst ethics and unprofessional i have heard they don't like paying out to there own policy holders when they should but I never dreamed if they had a policy holder that rear ended someone at a red light they could be so rude and horrid the person rear ended but I know from first hand experience now They fixed my car which was a little over $800 I also had medical bills for Sprain arm and tissue Damage in shoulders and neck, They are not wanting to pay for DR bills for that so I called today to try to get this settled its been two weeks and my next Dr visit is this Friday for followup well unfortunately a young man ran a red light and hit my car and car on my left side and totaled my car my air bags injured me when they deployed and the man that hit me was injured badly I told this to farmer agent at temple office and asked if we could get this claim settled because I now had bills and no car and another claim to be concerned with she was little help so I called her boss her name was Christi from temple office her Boss is Bobby Caswell from Waco office, Mr Caswell said he was in a meeting and would have Christi Get back with me well Mr Caswell forgot to hang up his phone and me and my family were horrified by what we heard Mr Caswell laughed and told Christi that i was anxious to get claim settled and to offer me $1, 000 Christi response was yeah her car got totaled in another wreck when someone hit her Ha Ha Ha, And this conversation continued for about 15 minutes I called Mr Caswell back after all this and his response was Sorry it was not meant for you to hear that conversation . It saddens me that people have such little respect for others and that Adults who should have some sort of ethical are professional standards do not . My hospital bill so far is $1246.00 and they really want me to take $1000 How stupid would I be ? This company should be closed down . I hope that people will cancel and go with a better company at least one that you know your money is a investment should you need to rely on your insurance in future not like these thief's who take advantage of people and they hope like heck you don't hire a attorney . They will lose some very long time customers over this and Hope that many more follow.
