Teresa Bayes utilized the services of Morrison Wed design ( and also borrowed money personally from a fellow Australian) and decided not to repay her debts or loans.
She lies and convives her way to get business or loans and simply lies about repaying or payments. be well warned doing business with her or loaning her money. She'll also post comments on here under the guise of "Gerry Harvey"

We used Skippy a couple of times when our usual mechanic wasn't available. He still owes us for a part only around 30 euros but that's not the point. Chased and chased him and always full of excuses then he wouldn't answer his phone or reply to messages. I believe they are living in their car which is Gib registered. Packed to the fullest and always came here with the dog and his wife.

Skippy came to repair my car, said the cars gear box had gone, took the car to repair and re-registered it to a french reg and sold it. Owes me 700 euro. no contact except a few excuses when cornered. Teresa Bayes (his wife) blocked us from FB. BE AWARE THEY ARE 100% SCAMMERS.

Colin and Teresa Bayes are now living in Portugal in the Algarve. Colin (who was also calling himself Skippy) ‘Skip’s Mechanical Service’ agreed to repair our car and said he would order the parts. We gave him money for parts and call out charges. That was 6 weeks ago and nothing heard from him since. Teresa Bayes was the original point of contact via Facebook to organise this but when we insisted that Colin was the person we needed to talk to all went quiet and no contact, no parts arrived and definitely no sign of Colin. We have tried on several occasions to phone him but he does not answer his phone. I guess we are another trusting couple who have been let down and scammed by Colin and Teresa Bayes.

I think I have also be conned by this women and her her husband Colin. They claimed to be selling a car and I 'bought' it. It was never delivered. The day we arranged to meet 'Colin' didn't turn up, but answered his phone to say "he thought we were meeting the day after". Since then she has deleted her e mail, Facebook etc, and he does not answer his phone. I lost a lot of money. Be warned, they are very smooth and convincing, they are well drilled in what they are doing. Do not part with any money until you have your hands on the goods !

A few years ago, this pair conned me out of a small amount of money when I took pity on them and allowed them to stay in my home in Ireland. They are scum and should be locked up.

I was approached by Teresa about 2 months ago to create a website for her husband because he wanted to get rid of his stock of vintage football scarves and cycling jerseys. I never met her in person, but she was a member of a Facebook group for expats in Puglia, and she had also created her own FB group called English Speakers living in Puglia. She was very active in these FB groups, posting a lot about her recovery from a stroke, and she was quite the moral crusader. I created their website, had contact with her husband arranged hosting and domain name, and trusted them to pay later as they were waiting for their pension from Australia. In the meantime, they had moved from Italy (Puglia) to Croatia, but because she was still very active on her own FB page, I didn't suspect anything. She also sent me unsolicited messages via Messenger about her physical condition. You can probably guess what happened - when I asked for my money, they became unreachable, not responding on WhatsApp or Messenger, and I suddenly wasn't a member of her FB groups anymore. They're traveling around Europe and leaving as soon as there are too many creditors. It was a hard lesson for me, but once again a confirmation that FB is a social platform, or rather a platform where scammers can easily operate.

She and her husband have been recently exposed running a number of frauds involving visa scams for immigrants to Australia and also scams utilising themes of 'remembrance of veterans' to raise money for the poor and destitute. Don't trust them at all.
