Tera Innovations - Immune Soft review: Anti-virus program no longer supported, no updates, no answers to email

I purchased a 3-year license to an anti-virus program called "Viruscape" in July of 2006. I haven't been able to update the program since September. The company (Tera Innovations) no longer supports the program. When you go to their website, you receive the following message:

"Tera Innovations Public Statement

Although we regret to leave the antivirus market, our ViruScape 2.0 code has been acquired by another antivirus company and ViruScape 2 will not released to the public. Current users of ViruScape will continue to be updated. ViruScape v1 will no longer be available for purchasing, and the installation download for ViruScape has been removed.

Thank you for your interest and we apologize for any inconvenience.

-Tera Innovations, Incorporated."

They have been taken over by a company named "Immune Soft", but there's no mention of Viruscape updates on their website, and they don't respond to emails.
