I wish that money fraudulently charged to my Telstra account be refunded, Total amount as at the 2nd October 2017 $128.91, i would also like payement for good will. as i have had to spend quite a bit of my time trying to get this refund.
Please attend to this matter within the next 7 days. This matter will be ssent to Comsumer Affairs and the Ombudsman if no reply within the next 7 days.
