Hi good afternoon
I phoned into Telkom querying about multiple accounts my mother has with Telkom the agents was unhelpful and down right rude I spoke to the call centre team leader Melinda Zungu .I told her that I don't have a vehicle to go into the store and my mother entrusted me to ensure all accounts are upto date .Zungu then tells me to talk from Queensbury to Chatsworth to sort out the sick and tired of bad attitudes the agents have as I'd they are doing us favours .
