Telesystems Electronics / Horrible service
We took our tv in at the beginning of September. Not only did I call every week for an update, I was usually told that they would call me back; which of course they did not.
After over three months of no tv, they finally declared it unfixable and I was able to get a refund from the manufacturer. Avoid this place unless you have incredible patience and have a twisted urge to be disappointed.
On a positive note, The employees there did seem polite, but a repair business must be able to deliver service in a timely fashion, while keeping customer focused.
