I called [protected] and spoke to 'Christy' 11:13 AM [protected] to buy several telescopes for an upcoming event for our company. I asked her what the price was each for the Celestron AstroMaster 70 AZ Refractor Telescope. She replied handily with 'I guess I'll check the website for you.' Then I indicated I wanted to buy 5 of them for Thursday, to which she retorted 'what-do-you-mean Thursday?'. I rephrased 'for delivery on Thursday'. She then angrily (and without provocation) told me she was 'just asking me a question sir' and began cursing at me on the phone, and then hung up on me. I called back to speak with another representative, and got her again, and she hung up on me again.

Beware folks - this is a symptom of greater management issues in a company to allow employees to act in an unbridled manner with no provocation. Fortunately, an order was never taken. Had it occurred though, this troll would now be rude and in control of our money.
