Telenore Pakistan / Non professional behavior and poor customer service

I paid amount for credit in my number vide three following receipts:

After long time it was observed that, no credit was given on my account, on contact the staff of franchises, they stated that, they were unable to search old record of deposited amount. They commit that they would solve my problem and informed me accordingly, but after many days, they neither informed me nor pay any attention / response on my requested phone calls and visits made by me in different time of intervals.

With disappointing from over strung staff, I also asked about the owner of Franchises & their contact number for complaint but they didn’t give me the number and overawed me that no body will took action against them, if complaint to someone about their non-professional attitude. They are not allowed to give any contact number of responsible person OR owner of this franchises.

This situation is very much alarming this Franchise of such reputable company, is doing overturn the image and goodwill of TELENORE. The staff of Franchise especially over color female staff is seems to present here to provide for any other services instead of increase Telenore customer services and show their outrageous attitude.
