Teleflora bate & switch operation

The company entices the buyer with amazing looking floral displays, then deliver an arrangement with a fraction of the flowers expected. Standard bate & switch operation. I paid $100.00 for the flowers and received a quarter of the expected flowers. Very disappointing. Avoid this website like the plague, else face getting ripped off by a criminal retailer. Contacted Teleflora's customer service department the very next day about the arrangement by both phone and email and they refused to address my concerns. I informed them I would be contacting the attorney general's office in the state of California about the fraudulent activity of their company.

Teleflora same day delivery... not!

Review of Teleflorists. -3 out of 10. Do not do business with this company if you want it done right. And don't expect them to resolve problems satisfactorily. Ordered for delivery Tuesday... never arrived. Then said recipient had to pick up their own order Thursday (three towns away). Called customer service, no refund or partial refund can be given. Tried to give a 40% courtesy on next order. Why the heck would I order from you again?

Teleflora embarrassing!

Never experienced such a bad service! What I got was completely different, not like in the photo. The bouquet consisted of several bent flowers and was less than I expected to get. I complained, they offered to take away bad flowers and replace them with a new better bouquet. I thought that it was a reasonable offer. But what I received instead was as bad as the previous one. That's all. I don't want to deal with them anymore and pay them for nothing. Not for me. Sorry.

Teleflora unacceptable actions

They delivered an absolute trash to my mother. My order was wrong, they confused it. A small worthless bunch of flowers. Really. The flowers were so pathetic. I immediately contacted them requesting to send the right order and spent over 50 minutes on it. They said I have to pay for each bouquet I order and for delivery. I was like excuse me? You sent me some trash
I didn't order and can't even stand behind your service?
Nooo, I will definitively never use them again.

Teleflora do not use the service

I paid about $100 to get flowers for my sister's birthday party. they canceled my order because it seemed very suspicious to them. They canceled after I paid for them.
Now I realize what I will have to go through to get my money back, not mentioning that I was really frustrated because of the cancellation. If they thought I was cheating they could have called me and I would provide all needed information. Everyone would be glad. But nothing.

Teleflora divine peace bouquet

This particular arrangement comes in 3 sizes. According to Teleflora's specifications, the premium upgrade should be 18 inches in length. I ordered this arrangement directly from a florist based on what YOUR description was. The arrangement did arrive on time at the funeral parlor but was clearly not the size I ordered. I paid for an upgrade that I didn't receive. I called the florist and she refunded me my delivery charge( mind you the funeral parlor was 5 minutes away from the florists shop).

I think that if you give out a detailed description of a product that you are selling every florist should follow those specifications so the consumer can get a clear picture of what they are purchasing. This is not a case of designer's interpretation. If that is what it was, I wouldn't have chosen something with an exact description. I was embarrassed at what was delivered.

Teleflora broken basket

I have ordered a basket from www.teleflora.com as a present and order arrived pretty fast. But unfortunately basket was broken. When I noticed that delivery guy was already gone. So I contacted Teleflora and asked for a replacement, but they refused and said that was impossible. I asked for the reason, but they didn't explain anything and told me to read their policies.
I had to rush to the closest market and buy another basket! I wasn't happy about my purchase and of course wasn't satisfied with how I was treated.
I'm only glad that flowers were ok.
I will never use this flower delivery service again!

Teleflora I bought a garden basket from teleflora

I've purchased a lovely garden basket from Teleflora and it was not delivered. My money was taken and when I contacted them they refused to refund me.
The worst part was when they said that they did not receive the payment. I checked my card transactions and it was clearly showed that Teleflora got them money. But they said that they can't deliver my order because I did not pay for it. I contacted them every day and spoke with different reps but no one was able to help. I don't understand why did they do that to me, that was not fair and a bad thing to do. I knew they were lying but I wasn't able to prove anything.

Teleflora valentine's day

Here is a previous message sent with no response:

I met a girl that I really wanted to try and date. It just so happened that I was in her office the day before Valentine's Day and heard her talk about how she wasn't getting flowers for Valentine's Day and telling another coworker that she would buy them flowers if they bought her flowers. She looked really disappointed. I really like this girl and saw the opportunity to break the ice with her. I sat for hours trying to put together the perfect words and finally got it and placed the order. This was perfect! Here was a perfect situation to impress and soften the heart of a beautiful woman that I fell in love with. I receive a call the morning of Valentines Day that they were out of flowers and they could send them the next day and give me a 50% discount on my next purchase. I agreed and just spent the entire day with my heart and stomach in pain. I thought about it and decided to cancel the order. The agent on the phone cancelled the order and gave me 50% of my next order. So I have less than I had before. How can 50% off make up for a lifetime of happiness? I am so miserable I can't even eat or think straight. I am beside myself knowing a great opportunity was screwed up because of you. Again, a lifetime of happiness shot. I am going to leave it at that because I am soon pissed and just have no words.

Teleflora flowers arrangement

I had paid for purple Tulips delivered to my wife on Valentines day. I paid extra for the premium arrangement. My wife received PINK Tulips arrangement smaller than your standard. The Tulips are filled with GRASS filler since their was only 12 Tulips V.s over 30 and no grass filler in the picture I purchased off of. The vase had no purple ribbon attached like the picture. The Tulips are wilting and have fungus all over them. I have tried for 2 days now to get customer service to answer the phone. I only get automated response that due to high call volume you have to wait longer to speak to someone. After reading your reviews I understand why. Teleflora may be the worst reviewed company in history. what a scam ! I wish I would have read the reviews before ordering. I hope to get the word out and I hope everyone reads before ordering BUYER BEWAR. put this company out of business

Teleflora I didn't receive the flowers

I got a call from my son who asked me did I like the flowers he sent me. I didn't receive anything. My son told me he ordered from a company called Teleflora. I contacted them and they said they don't have any record that my son ordered from them.
My son has all the necessary payment confirmations but they don't seem to care. I want to know what is the meaning of this and if possible we would like to get a refund soon. I would not recommend Teleflora to anyone! They ruined my sons surprise and gave us nothing but trouble.

Teleflora the company is a joke!!

I ordered my wife flowers for Valentine's Day. She never got them. When I called the customer service number, I was on hold for over an hour. Then the rep wanted to argue with me that I wasn't being understanding. "It's Valentine's Day and we are very busy, " she said. It took 20 minutes on the phone with the rep to get a refund of my money and to cancel my order. I will tell you that I will be watching my statement to make sure that I get the refund. I have every intention of contacting the better business bureau. They are a scam.

Teleflora flowers

I ordered valentine flowers 3-days ago from Teleflora, which included the $15.00 fee to have them delivered before 1PM PST on Valentine's Day. I have been on the 800 line for over 60-minutes waiting for someone to tell me why my order was not delivered and to request a refund. I am still waiting on 2-separate phone lines to get someone to respond..I will never order from Teleflora again.

Teleflora bad service

Ordered a beautiful bouquet from www.teleflora.com as a surprise birthday present for a dear friend of mine. Must say that I was very disappointed with this company and their terrible service. When my flowers finally arrived I saw that they were not fresh and refused to accept them.
I contacted Teleflora right away and asked for a another bouquet, but they refused and said that there was nothing wrong with the previous one. I was very angry that moment and told them that I wasn't blind and saw with my own eyes that half of the flowers was already dead!
They refused to help me and said that they also were unable to refund me! What a joke!

Teleflora dead flowers

Ordered a bouquet from Teleflora for $70 as a birthday surprise gift.
I asked them to delivery on the specific time and date and even though they promised they'll make it on time, delivery was two hours late.
I was also very disappointed with the quality. I paid $70 and that's a lot of money and half of flowers were dead! I called their phone number and demanded my money back but they claimed that they do not give refunds. They said they were very sorry I was not satisfied with the product and said that next time they'll do a better job. There will be no next time! Will never order anything from these clowns again!

Teleflora mother day flowers "cotton candy standard"

On the 26th of April I ordered two cotton candy flower setups one for my mother and one for my mother n law. The flowers were scheduled to be delivered 6 MAY 16. During the deliver my mother was not home to receive the flowers so the delivery person or florist left my mother flowers outside on the door step in the sun. When my mother came home the flowers were withered and starting to die like the florist used old flowers instead of fresh flowers. My mother contacted the florist and the florist agreed to pickup the damaged flowers and replace with a fresh setup. The flowers that the florist brought back as replacements were worst and the setup was nothing like the cotton candy setup I purchased. I called Teleflora and spoke to customer service. I asked them if it was possible to replace the flowers or refund my money. The customer service rep told me that she could give me 20 percent then 40 percent off a next purchase. I told her no. Then she offered store credit and I said no refund my money . I then requested to speak with someone higher and the new rep i spoke with offered to refund 50 percent of what was paid and i said I would perfer a refund if possible. Unfortunately i lost signal because i was doing some military training. I then contacted my wife and she handled the situation while i conducted my army business. My wife spoke with the customers service and they told her that i turned the 50 percent down and that their was nothing they could do my wife then continued to request the refund on the poorly damaged flowers that were delivered to my mother. Finally my wife spoke with someone and a 24 dollar credit email confirmation was sent to me. My wife informed me that the rep lied because it was suppose to be a refund not a credit. So my wife called again and this time spoke with someone that said that they would refund the full amount spent on the flowers and vase. This person also told my wife that she would send a email confirmation. So far i have not received nothing. Teleflora is a rip off and have extremely poor customer service. This is my second time dealing with them and I will never ever waste money on their products again. My mother was truly disappointed and it breaks my heart because i hardly get to see her because i am in the Army and to have this happen just terrible. The great thing is that my mom know it was not a error of mine and it was the florist in Jacksonville Florida.

These are the flowers that were delivered to my mother in Jacksonville. I was so pissed when I saw this crap. I work too hard for my money in the Army. I have never had this issue with FTD. Teleflora really messed up my gift to my mother for Mothers Day.

Here is a photo of the flowers sent to my my Mother N law same Cotton Candy setup delivered in Killeen Texas compared to the flowers delivered in Jacksonville Florida by the Arlington Flower Shop located on Merril road. Teleflora need to choose better florist that care about their products. My Mother flowers looked terrible. But that is OK I will used FTD or Pro flowers next time. They stand behind their products.

Teleflora deliver

tried to send get well flowers on 3/7/2016 early morning. Kept asking the person if they got them and no they didn't. received an email from Teleflora after 5:00 pm stating they couldn't deliver today need to pick another date. I choose 3/8/2016 with early delivery. I received conformation. They never got there. Teleflora states they contacted the florist and they were hand delivered at 2:00 pm. Hospital says no. The patient I was sending them to, left at 4:00. Still no flowers.

Now they are saying I should have called instead of email, guess what they can lie. I have proof of what they said and they will not refund me.

Teleflora frivolous way of doing business by teleflora

Flowers were not delivered on time even though they were sent in the same time zone and town where I live, and the order was placed a few days before the birthday date.
My question which florist was responsible for the delivery and where the flowers were left remained unanswered because of the company's policy. No apologies were issued, merely credit for my next order was offered. I wasn't interested in any credit since I am not going to buy any flowers from Teleflora again.
After my conversation with the customer service representative who couldn't disclose details of the delivery, I called the CEO of the company, Jeff Bennett, in Los ANgeles. He was in Oklahoma for a week and so were all senior officers at the headquarters. The Chairman of the Board, Tom Butler turned out to be dead, and no information could be found online about a new one.
A few hours after my conversation with the customer representative, I got a message from someone from the CEO's office ( if that was true) repeating what the customer service representative told me earlier, i.e. that I could get credit for my next purchase which was not an option for me. Again, I didn't hear any apologies.

Since handling of my order was, to say the least, unprofessional and frivolous, I decided to take the issue in my own hands and make sure that other customers unaware of Teleflora's way of doing business will not be treated like I was. The issue cannot be resolved now after the fact, and I advise all customers who experienced similar treatment to take action in their places of residence to warn potential customers about Teleflora.

Teleflora christmas order

What a rip off! What I ordered did not come close to resembling what was delivered! I asked for resolution to this problem and they offered a 30% off INVALID COUPON on my next order... As if I would ever, ever order from them again. Then they offered a 30% credit on my credit card after I jumped through hoops be ause they couldn't/wouldn't find my order confirmation. I sent photos, dimensions and copies of everything associated with this order. What was delivered wax an embarrassment! Thus company should be put out of business!

Teleflora floral arrangements

Do not order from Here! You will waste your money! You might as well not pick an arrangement out that you like because your order will not resemble what you want anyway! I ordered a yellow floral arrangement for a friend today for her birthday. It looked like a 2 year old arranged it and it did not even have the same colors or flowers in it that I ordered. I am so upset! I called them to find out the florist name and they would not even give me their name. My friend posted a picture of her flowers on facebook which only upset me more since they looked like crap. She probably thinks I'm mad at her since I could have made a better arrangement myself from a grocery store! Horrible- I told them NEVER AGAIN!😱
