TelebrandsProduct never received/spin scrubber

My name is Harold Fisher I ordered a spin scrubber online on January 1, 2017 . The funds were taken from my account $67.97 it's now January 27, 2017. I've tried multiple times to get a response from the email address where I ordered my product but I get no response. My order number is [protected]. Look I don't like feeling like I'm being robbed or taken advantage of. I truly believe your company had no intention of ever sending me my product. All I want is my money returned to my account. If this is not done by the end of the business day of January 30, 2017 I'll be contacting my attorneys. But I hope we can settle this in a friendly manner. Thank you.
