Telebrands, Inc.Cancel order/refund

Ordered, a Red Copper pan for 59.99. Did not get a confirmation number, so figured the order was not complete. Ordered one on another date, got confirmation number and was soon alerted that I had 2 on order and both were billed to my card.See the Top 10 Worst Companies in Fairfield, NJ Called and emailed customer service and told them I did not want but one. Some foreigner said they were shipped. So I asked for the tracking number. He didn't have it. So I again canceled. Plan to refuse product and dispute when they arrive. Not sure the outcome but that's the only recourse to recover my 2 charges. Very unfriendly customer support.
