I had ordered 2 plushies from them and my daughter found out that it had a hole once she flipped it over. Contacted customer service via email and got a response back in a manner time. Was advised that they were sorry for the issue and that they would send my daughter a new one out right away. Thank you so much for amazing customer service we really appreciate it

Great company. Quality merchandise and Excellent customer service! There was an order error I didn’t notice. They did! They reached out, apologized, and made the offer to correct the error. When I told them it wasn’t necessary they went above and beyond to not only correct the error but compensate me for the mistake. You won’t go wrong with this company! I highly recommend them!

These people are amazing! Not only do they produce top quality products and games they also have an incredible customer support staff. I reached out initially to inquire about a game on their website and was responded to within the day. Subsequent emails about a damaged product ilicited a response and a remedy of a damaged product within the hour. They are taking requests and ideas seriously about the impact and innovation or their games. A+ 5 STAR rating from me.

Terrific customer service! Our order had a missing item and it was replaced immediately. The quality of the products is also great. My family and coworkers love them. The art is extremely appealing even in professional, dress down Fridays. We have stickers, pins, socks and lots of shirts. We keep going back weekly to see the new items and deals! I have done multiple order and all six of the people in our household family has a minimum of two of their shirts. Great quality and any issues have always been responded to with open communication. The best part of this company is it inclusion based approach and their willingness to hear their customers voice around ideas they have to increase their representation of their customers beautiful differences. I got back a wonderful email and a company plan around ideas on how they were going to bring my ideas to the table for discussion. Great product, great company and openness to be inclusive of all its customers.

I'm a relatively new customer (but a longtime fan!) and I'm happy to say I've had amazing experiences with this company from the product quality to the excellent customer service and speedy shipping! My most recent purchase consisted of a bulk order of t-shirts for a group of my friends. I accidentally got one of the sizes wrong in my order so I contacted customer service asking if they could help me make the switch to the right size, and I received a reply within about a day. Since my order was fulfilled very quickly, they couldn't change the already processed shirt, so I was granted an extra shirt of the correct size at no extra cost! Many thanks to the very considerate and generous Joe from customer service who helped me out with my little order mishap! My shirts are now on their way and I'm already excited to order more!

Teeturtle is a fantastic place to order shirts! The material is soft and the prints are adorable, funny, and amazing! Their customer experience is phenomenal! From order placement, receiving the product, and the return/exchange process I have received A+ care! For a little over a week 2 representatives worked with me to solve the issue of a shirt that had some issue with the dye process. I felt it looked as if the warehouse storage had damaged the clothing. Within a few days I was speaking to these reps and they made sure to make me feel that I was important to them. I received a replacement shirt, which was also damaged in the same way, then another replacement shirt asap! Each time they assured me that no matter what they would get it right. They did! With flying colors! I can't recommend them enough! I currently own about 20 shirts from them. This includes the ones for my wife and 3 kids as well! Go to teeturtle and get you some shirts! You won't regret it!

I just recently made a large order for our local pride group in Canada. This was my first time ordering and I hadn't noticed one of the items was a pre-order that would hold up the shipping on my entire order. I contacted customer service to see when the shipment was expected to ship and realized the issue. I was sure everything wouldn't arrive in time for my the giveaways I was organizing, and with a heavy heart was going to have cancel the order. After some back and forth with the company via email we not only sorted out to get non pre order items here much faster, but they also offered to cover the cost of the later shipping on the pre-order items when they arrived to the warehouse. I entirely appreciate the work that was done to ensure my order could be processed in time to arrive when it was needed. I also fully understand and appreciate the level of care and commitment it takes to work these things out with the warehouse, especially considering no mistake was made on their end. Their customer service was friendly and kind with each interaction, and I couldn't be happier with their efforts. I look forward to receiving my order and purchasing again!

TeeTurtle is a really cool website with some awesome designs. I mean, seriously, they have some of the coolest t-shirts I've ever seen. And their site is super easy to use, which is always a plus. But, there is one thing that really bugs me about TeeTurtle - their sizing chart. It's a total joke.

See, the thing is, TeeTurtle doesn't actually make their own t-shirts. They buy them from a bunch of different suppliers. Which, I guess, is fine. But it means that the sizing of their shirts can be all over the place. Like, I've bought five different shirts from them, and each one has a tag from a different manufacturer. So, the sizing is totally inconsistent.

For example, I bought a men's large t-shirt from TeeTurtle, and it was way too short. Like, I could barely get it to cover my belly button. But then, I bought another men's large t-shirt from them, and it was way too long. Like, it went down to my knees. It's just really frustrating, you know?

I wish TeeTurtle would do something about this. Like, maybe they could have a more detailed sizing chart that takes into account the different manufacturers they use. Or, maybe they could just stick to one manufacturer for all their shirts. I don't know. But, until they figure something out, I'm going to be really hesitant to buy any more shirts from them.

I was really excited to order from TeeTurtle (teeturtle.com) for Christmas this year. I paid almost 20 bucks for expedited shipping, and the website said that my order would arrive before the big day. But now, I'm feeling pretty disappointed. The website is saying that my order won't arrive until after Christmas. I'm not happy about it, and I've already contacted TeeTurtle to complain. I'm waiting to hear back from them, and I'll update this review based on their response.

I gotta say, I was pretty impressed with TeeTurtle. I ordered a bunch of their tees and enamel pins and let me tell you, the tees are AWESOME. They fit just right, exactly like the website said they would. The enamel pins were a bit bigger than I expected, but hey, that's not really a problem. And the best part? TeeTurtle does free returns! So when I realized the pins were too big for my liking, I just sent them back and it didn't cost me a dime.

Now, I will say that the website could use a little work. For example, if you leave your cart sitting for too long, it'll just empty itself. So, I was really excited to get my hands on a purple glow in the dark reversible plushie from TeeTurtle on Black Friday. I mean, who wouldn't want a cute and cuddly toy that glows in the dark, right? I was hoping to get it in time for Christmas, but it never showed up. I waited and waited, but nothing.

I decided to reach out to customer service to see what was going on. I sent a few emails back and forth, and I have to say, the staff was really friendly and helpful. They tried to track down my package and figure out what was going on, but in the end, they couldn't find it.

After a month of waiting, I finally decided to ask for a refund. I was disappointed that I wouldn't be getting my plushie, but at least I would get my money back. And to be fair, TeeTurtle did give me a full refund, so I can't complain about that.

Overall, I have mixed feelings about my experience with TeeTurtle. On the one hand, the staff was great and tried to help me out as much as they could. On the other hand, I'm still disappointed that I never got my plushie. I was really looking forward to it, and it's a bummer that it never arrived.

Not good. I placed my order on October 22nd, thinking I was being smart by getting a head start on my Christmas shopping before the holiday rush. But it's now December 13th and my order is still marked as 'unfulfilled'. To make matters worse, one of the shirts I ordered went out of stock a month after I placed my order. I asked for a refund, but they refused and told me I had to wait until they finally ship it. At this rate, I doubt I'll receive it in time for Christmas, which is less than two weeks away. I feel like I wasted $60 and I'm extremely disappointed. I won't be ordering from TeeTurtle again.

I had a really bad experience with TeeTurtle. I wouldn't recommend ordering from them. I ordered some Christmas presents for my kids in early November and I still haven't received them. I tried to contact the company but I only got an automated email response saying that one of the items I ordered was out of stock. I was never told this before. They said that they wouldn't ship anything until they had all the items in stock. I couldn't cancel the one item or the whole order. It was really frustrating. I tried to contact them multiple times but I never got a response from a real person. It was really hard to deal with them. I would suggest ordering from somewhere else like Redbubble or Teepublic. Don't make the same mistake I did. Beware of TeeTurtle!

First off, I had to pay a whopping $25 for international shipping. I mean, I get it, shipping ain't cheap, but that's a lot of dough for a few shirts. Finally, after what felt like forever, they shipped my order. But get this, they're apparently using turtles to deliver them. I mean, I'm all for cute animal mascots, but turtles? Really? And to top it off, they chose a delivery company that's at least five times slower than other shirt companies. I mean, I paid more than double what those other companies charge, so you'd think they'd at least use a decent delivery service.

It's been weeks now and I still haven't received my order. I mean, I'm not saying don't order from TeeTurtle, their shirts are still super cute and all. But if you do decide to order, just be prepared to wait a loooong time. Like, you might get your shirts by Christmas if you're lucky.

I paid $5.95 for priority mail, but I saw that it was shipped through DHL and it has been stuck in St. Louis since the 14th with no movement. I placed this order 4 weeks ago. My 16-year-old daughter bought this stuffed animal with her own money and paid $21 for it. DHL is the slowest shipping method, even though the order clearly states $5.95 for priority. The service is very poor. Her email is [email protected] and the order number is ***-P.

So, I was tryna get a shirt for my granddaughter's b-day from TeeTurtle and it was a whole mess. I had trouble with the payment and ordering process and it took forever to get it sorted out. By the time everything was said and done, her b-day had already come and gone and still no shirt. I was so disappointed! I mean, I know things happen, but it was a real bummer. I hope they can get their act together and make sure this doesn't happen to anyone else.
