I was beyond cool, beyond patient and now I'm beyond PISSED! Do not use this company if you appreciate timely customer service, business appreciation or products that you ordered. I'm in sales and I've never seen anything like this. I spent $89 bucks with this company and was treated like a pile.
I placed my order on 12/4/08 and figured that would be plenty of time for a holiday delivery since they use UPS for shipping. I contacted them on 12/14 and 12/24 with friendly emails and a gentle follow up (I was STOKED to have found the items I did for my musician hubby, and was excited to receive for Christmas). I also tried to call their (215) # in PA to follow up, figuring, yea, holiday rush, no biggie. Their phone says they aren't taking calls after 12:00 PST (I'm in CA...my 9:30 a.m call was too late). So, on 12/26 I'm frustrated and I sent a PLEASE RESPOND NOW email w/ some frustrations, a mention of Customer Service... that is what it took to send me an email that says WE ALREADY RESPONDED... and the product has shipped. LIE, I had no response, but still, was excited to have at least a New Years awesome gift for hubby!!! I was hot... this morn, 12/29, I check my bank acct and I have a refund for what appears to be 2 out of 4 shirts purchased from TeeShirtsRock. I send an email that asks why he didn't tell me 2 shirts were not available when he responded to my email. I CALL on my way to work, 7 a.m PST, and there machine says they aren't taking calls for the holiday rush after 12:00 EST... but it's before 12!!! I call a few more times... no response. Finally, I just get an email that says,

"We contacted you on this with no response. Then we started to get nasty emails at which point we shipped as is."
WHICH SUCKS... I wish I would have found this complaint site FIRST!
