TeeFury they won't ship order paid for 2.5 months ago, or respond to inquiries

I ordered some Christmas presents from this site in mid-November 2015. The order confirmation said that it would take 5-7 business days to ship. Six business days later, they emailed that they were experiencing delays but would get orders out as soon as they could. Though they were required by law at that point to spell out an exact timeline and offer the opportunity to cancel and get a prompt refund, they did not do so. I decided to let it go, as I figured it couldn't possibly take that much longer.

Eight business days later, they sent a mass email apologizing to everyone for the delays, but they still did not give any updated ETA or offer the opportunity to cancel. A couple of weeks later, I submitted a support ticket to inquire, as that was the only avenue they advised.

It is now six weeks after I submitted my ticket, and 2.5 months since I ordered my merchandise, but I have not had a single reply. I've reached out to them on Facebook but they keep deleting my posts and have now barred me from posting on their page. They have deleted many other angry posts that I have read from other customers, but there are still a lot more remaining. They seem to selectively respond to a few, asking for order numbers and advising that they will get in touch as soon as they can. But then the same people are following up to say that they haven't heard anything.

The most recent actual update from them is from January 7th, saying that it is their "mission" to have the old orders shipped by the end of January. That is not good enough. And today is the 27th, and my order still says "Processing".

I feel like this is no longer just about my shirts. I want resolution for all the customers who spent their hard-earned money at this store but haven't received anything. I worry that they have simply decided to take our money and run.

TeeFury terrible.

Wish I had read the reviews about TeeFury before ordering something from them. I made an order a month ago and still nothing! The shipping is still completely unacceptable! I’m checking its location every day via tracking service and it actually is not even shipped out yet. Their so called "customer service" is a ridiculous runaround. But they charged my card immediately! I guess taking money is the only thing they can do good. I doubt I could even get a refund. I've never felt so upset as to leave a bad review for anything in my life, but after reading review after review with the same complaints... Well, I must say that TeeFury are thieves. I am very disappointed.

TeeFury where is my order?

I purchased t-shirts on December 1st 2015, for Christmas presents. Christmas came and went and it's now January 12, 2016! The t-shirts are not even delivered yet! I checked the status of my order ad it said "Fulfilling", but there was no delivery date. I made an order more than month ago and I can't wait any longer. How can this be even possible? Such an attitude is actually unacceptable. It is written on their site that shipping takes only 7 business days, but not a month! I've sent many messages asking where my order is, but there was no response. Please people, read the reviews before ordering. TeeFury is not a good company.

TeeFury I want my sweater!!

I have been this websites customer for a very long time. I never had any problems with them and was pretty satisfied with their service. If there were some problems they managed to deal them very quickly. I have spent a lot of money on their site. But that was in the past and things have changed. But last time I ordered I had a terrible experience. I ordered two things (t-shirt and sweater) and, as they said, my items were sent to m on November 7th. I received my items two days ago on December 14. T-shirt was fine, but sweater was not the one I ordered. I received a Ugly Future Xmas sweater (I ordered the Such Christmas sweater). I sent them a message yesterday and they have not answered yet. TeeFury please reply! I want my Such Christmas sweater!

TeeFury useless customer services

I ordered t-shirt from the website www.teefury.com several weeks ago. I was really disappointed in this company, ‘coz these jerks provided completely opposite t-shirt and the size was a little bit large for me. The customer services agents were completely useless, ‘coz they only promised to change the order and provided some fake promises, but in result they did completely nothing. I wonder if there are other people, who had the same experience. Let’s share views about this website.

TeeFury the black hole of t-shirts

Purchased a t-shirt from teefury.com on September 1, 2014. I noted that caveat that it takes 3-7 business days to prep and ship.
It is now 14 business days, my order is still "in processing". They have a system for inquiries where you fill out a "ticket", which gets a number and is routed to the proper department; and also offer a link that allows you to follow the progress of your complaint.

When you click on the link, you are "routed" to a page that shows you your complaint, with no additional information beyond that. I have not received any response to my inquiries, there is no address or phone number on the site. There was a phone number listed on a site where people post complaints- I called it on the 14th, the day the number was posted, and the phone number was out of service- so the person posting (who had a good experience with teefury) was very likely a shill.

I have no idea if this business actually exists, aside from a server that sits out automatic responses.
I have informed them I want to cancel my order. No response. I will be filing a complaint with the BBB in the next 24 hours, although these guys, of course, are not members.

Last time i ever click through and order online without checking out the company.

It has been three month since I heard any about my order. I have since two emails regarding the matter and no one has replied. All I want is to know what happen to my shirt. Please can someone contact me about this issue. The order # S560069 and I have ordered from this site before never had this problem.

Ordered 2 shirts separately and did not receive any of them. Looked at the status on my orders and says unfulfilled. I have ordered in July and August but nothing. Tried to reach out to them via email and there was no response back from the. I never had any issues before but this is ridiculous now.

Nothing is getting shipped. They used to be great. However they are no longer fulling orders or answering emails. I have an order from May 28th (4 months ago!) that has still not been filled. All emails to them have gone unanswered.

Placed an order on June 09, order status is Paid but Unfulfilled as of 24 Aug. Teefury failed to respond to two emails, one on 21 July and one on 10 August, and nobody will pick up the various phone numbers I've found on Google. Not exactly sure why they continue to advertise daily T-shirts if they're not going to fulfill orders.

Ordered 2 two shirts from teefury in June. It's mid August. They will not ship my shirts. They won't refund my money. They won't return my emails.
I'm going to file a complaint with Visa and the better business bureau.

TeeFury they didn't provide discounts

I placed the order for two shirts on the website www.teefury.com. Before it, I contacted the customer services and told that I had the coupon with the discount. They told me that they would return money, after they received my payment. Ok, I waited couple of days, but nothing. The customer services also didn’t provide any useful info. I want money back, but I think it is impossible. I wonder if there are other people, who had the same experience. Let’s share views about this website.

I placed order several weeks ago on the website www.teefury.com. I checked the info about my order, but it was still in process. It took two weeks for them to process and sent my order. After that I waited 3 weeks more and still no delivery. I have no idea where my order was, but when I tried to get any responses from the seller, he tried to avoid me. Total scam, so don’t buy from them and post comments about your experience with this company.
