TeeFury Shipping

I ordered 2 masks last Monday and paid the extra $8.99 as I needed them by Saturday. It has now been 10 days and I still have not received them nor have I been able to contact anyone at your company to help me. I love your site and you make the best stuff but this is crazy. It's been 10 days. Am I ever going to get my masks? Can you at least refund me the $8.99? Order TF745609.

TeeFury service for tee shirts

I have been ordering T-Shirts from them for years and this current order in two parts was completely messed up! Wrong sizes, wrong colors. A kids large was the same size as a kids small. I was supposed to receive a ladies slim fit large and 5 medium shirts and instead received 2 XXL men's shirts. This place has gone down the crap hole. I have complained several times with pictures and no one seems to care. This place sucks!

TeeFury will not respond. did not receive order

Ordered S582674 on Oct. 24th with faster shipping to take away with me on a trip on Dec. 1st. Never received a shipping confirmation. I've emailed them over 5 times now and only received the response that it was close to Christmas so things are delayed. Ridiculous. No update on the order process, no offer to compensate my extra paid shipping. I've order oven a dozen teefury shirts in the past and this has never happened. I want a refund and now they will not respond. I will not purchase any more, which is such a shame for their amazing artists. They do not deserve the customer service you are providing.

TeeFury ordered in june... phone number not working

After numerous emails since June 2018 about not receiving 4 orders, I decided to call the number on this site. The number is out-of-service.

Besides 3 orders to myself, I also placed an order to be shipped to a family member. They received nothing.

Four orders unfulfilled. Shameful.

What is going on, TeeFury? I get your sales emails most everyday but can't get 4 orders fulfilled.

Avoid this company like the plague. They need to get their [censored] together.

TeeFury never got my product

I have purchased from TeeFury in the past and never had any issues. However, back in May I ordered a shirt from them and the money was taken out of my account within the next day or two. When I never got a shipping notification from them after about 2 weeks I e-mailed them and got no reply. I e-mailed them again a few weeks later asking about the status of my order and still go no reply. I e-mailed them AGAIN, a few weeks later (at this point it had been 2 months since my initial order) and they FINALLY e-mailed me back. In the e-mail they claimed that they they had "recently migrated our site and we encountered some problems in our system that prevented our orders from being processed correctly." They managed to be able to take my money quite efficiently but cannot process the orders? They did refund me for the shipping costs (about $2) which did show up on my bank statement and in the e-mail they said they would be processing these orders in the next 7 days. Another whole month goes by and nothing. So I e-mailed them again. At this point it had been 3 months since my initial purchase and at this point it seems clear they are not sending me my product so I ask for a refund. No reply, no refund. 2 weeks after that I got an e-mail that my order had finally shipped. That was over 2 weeks ago and my product has yet to show up. It has now been 4 months since I have ordered my product. I have e-mailed them at least 4-5 times and they only replied to one. At this point I just want a refund but they are not e-mailing me back!

TeeFury delivery

I placed an order at the start of July. It is now September and I have still not received the shirt. I have contacted the company twice but have absolutely no reply other than an automated email saying they'll get back to me. I want my money back. I don't even want the shirt now because I'm so mad, I just want my money. The company used to be so great, I don't know what happened

I guess I will add my " Yup, same as above" in terms of my experiences. Used to be a great t shirt company but being fobbed off with " we are experiencing a high number of tickets" doesn't work after five months of emailing futilely about undelivered t-shirts and non-existent replies.

TeeFury took my money, never delivered & won't respond

I ordered about $75 worth of merchandise almost two months ago. They took my money immediately but I have yet to receive my merchandise and they are not responding to me via email or Facebook messenger. Their phone number has been disconnected. I never got an email confirmation of my order, yet they took my money and won't respond to my frequent messages. This has been going on for over three weeks. I have never had a problem with them until now and I am very upset and disappointed. I am not the only one that they are ignoring.

TeeFury no product received

I ordered a teeshirt from TeeFury on July 7th, 2018. I put in for three-day shipping knowing, from orders in the past, this still meant that the product would not get to me for some time. I began to notice on TeeFury's Facebook page that others were complaining about not receiving their shirts and products. Then TeeFury released the apology post on their social media. I realized, that I had not received a confirmation email from TeeFury even though they had charged my card. I looked back through my email and in my junk mail, but alas there was not one email from TeeFury.
Angry and dismayed, I looked over the comments from others, seeing my own frustration also in their lives. So, I contacted my credit card company and filed a claim informing them that I had not received a confirmation email or a teeshirt. As of August 13th, 2018, (the day I am writing this review), I have still not heard back from TeeFury nor have I received a confirmation email.

TeeFury - unfulfilled order, no response to inquiries

I placed an order on June 26. As of July 27 it still showed as "unfulfilled", so I sent an e-mail to ask if there's any way to get an ETA. I received an auto-response claiming that due to high number of tickets they would respond within 2 weeks. Here it is, 2 weeks later, no response. I submitted another request for an update, and received an auto-response...

TeeFury money taken, products not shipped for months

You've been warned.

TeeFury used to be a great company, but they are no longer a trustworthy party and will string along unwary customers into endless delays and excuses.

I have a closet full of TeeFury shirts that I bought years ago. I love them. Recently I bought three shirts, one was their daily special and two others were regular designs. The first shirt arrived much later than expected and the remaining two were not included in the shipment despite the online status showing them as having been completed. The order went in on May 4, 2018. It's currently August 4th and the remaining two shirts have not been shipped.

I asked for a refund. No response. I followed up about my refund request. No response. After my most recent request they are now saying that, "You will receive a response in up to 4 weeks as we are currently experiencing a very high volume of tickets received."

FOUR WEEKS TO RECEIVE A RESPONSE.

I'll let you re-read that.

FOUR WEEKS TO RECEIVE A RESPONSE from Tee Fury about wanting a refund due to unreasonable delay.

TeeFury has gone down hill since their early days. They are not a trustworthy source to order shirts from anymore. During my original requests about the delayed first shipment the CS rep advised that they have a database programming error that orders with multiple shirts will show ALL items as complete if only a single item is complete. That's completely unacceptable for a major company like Tee Fury. That's a massive programming error that likely effects the majority of their orders and customers.

DO NOT order from this company. I'm at the point now where I'm likely going to have to call VISA and have them reverse the billing since the vendor won't do so. I suspect their high volume of tickets is due to unhappy customers not getting their orders.

TeeFury customer service

BUYER BEWARE I submitted two separate orders for three items - totaling $75.00+ and this was 4-weeks ago. I have submitted two tickets and three emails to their customer service help desk and have not received a single reply. The first package I ordered is going on 5-weeks. I sent another email requesting a refund and once again, no response. I guess I just lost $75.00.

TeeFury shirt never delivered, no response from customer service

I ordered a shirt June 11th, received a shipping notification on June 28th, kept checking the tracking number to see where it was and the only thing it ever said was that the shipping company was awaiting the package. It never left the business, and it still says the same thing and it's now July 20th! Contacted customer service numerous times and only ever received automated response. It's like nobody is over there, they just take your money and do nothing. They're still putting up new designs, they need to do customer service if they're going to keep selling.

TeeFury order not placed

I made an order over 2 weeks ago and haven't gotten a single update on it. I've contacted them and they do not reply at their customer service or Facebook and the phone number is disconnected.
Yet, they charged me for the shirt immediately and keep posting and selling new shirts.
What the actual hell?! They used up be great, now they are thieves!

TeeFury poor quality

The only positive thing that can be said: this idea is cool. I like the designs they have.
But all other things don't deserve good words, in my opinion.
I never wear clothes without taking it to the laundry at first. So when I did it, I noticed that the print on my t-shirt was blurred.
This t-shirt was quite expensive, then why didn't you try to print the picture of the best quality?

TeeFury size chart

Last time I ordered medium size and it was too small and tiny, so this time I ordered large size t-shirt and it was still too small.
There is definitely something wrong with TeeFury size chart and they need to fix that as soon as possible. Both times I requested a refund, but they refused.
There was nothing I could do.
I will not buy from them again because their size chart is incorrect and also because there is no way to get a refund or a replacement.

TeeFury poor quality and rude support

I have ordered two t-shirts, one for myself and another for my husband. T-shirts arrived in a timely manner and looked great!
Everything was good until I washed them. I can swear that I followed all the washing instructions, but anyway t-shirts shrunk!
We both were so disappointed!
I contacted TeeFury right away and they refused to help, they said that everything was my fault.
We were disappointed with both poor quality and of course with their terrible customer service. These people didn't give me a chance to explain! I will never buy from them again!

TeeFury total joke

I have ordered two shirts from www.teefury.com and never received them. When I contacted customer service to see what was going on they said that post service returned my order because they were not able to deliver it! What?
No one ever called and I had no idea that my order was at the post office. I asked TeeFury customer service to resend my order but they refused! Within a week I got my money back but I'm still very disappointed with TeeFury! Total joke.

TeeFury wish I never ordered.

I wish I'd read the reviews before I decided to order something from TeeFury. I ordered three t-shirts back in October and it is now February and I received only partial order. I tried to contact their customer care many times but got only empty apologies. I was so mad, I sent them messages almost every day and demanded my money back. First they said they cannot refund me and never explained why, then they just ignored me! I'm so sick of these scam websites! I contacted my credit card company and they'll probably think of something. By the way, things I did receive (two t-shirts) were rubbish and looked disgusting! I'll never order anything from TeeFury again!

TeeFury this company is extremely unprofessional!

We purchased few t-shirts and two sweaters from TeeFury back in November 2015. Order arrived only two weeks ago. But I received only two sweaters and they were extremely ugly. Would rather have received the shirts since they were Christmas presents for my friends. Worst part is they have no communication with the customer service! I tried to contact them many times, but it was just a waste of time. No one ever replied. Horrible thieves!

TeeFury they haven't provided the order and had too many excuses

I have ordered 4 t-shirts and presents from Tee Fury LLC. It was written on the website that their standard delivery took about 7 days. After 6 business days I got the first email, where the seller excused and asked to wait more, because they faced some unexpected difficulties. Ok, after another week I got the second email, where they found new obstacle and said that I needed to wait more. I already sent 4 emails and asked to return money back. I don’t want to deal with them anymore.
