TechSunny.com Theft

Tried to purchase a webcam. After waiting a few days I checked my purchase status through the e-mail confirmation. the link to "check your account here" was a fake. I immediately called my bank and closed my card. I went back to the site to file a complaint and the site was down/gone. I followed Techsunny.com back to a GODADDY domain via whois.net and new It was a scam. Godaddy is a hotbed for "fly by night" web operators. The domain was leased for only one year and all the numbers for techsunny.com go to a fax noise making machine. I doubt there is a fax on the other end. information below:

TechSunny.com Never received items

I ordered an I Pod touch on 12/15/09, well before Christmas. They sent me a shipment confirmation e-mail and deducted my account. As of this week, 12/21 I had been trying to see if the shipment would arrive by Christmas, I tracked the order through USPS with the tracking number provided by Techsunny's website, and it tells me no information is provided for this shipment. So I then try and call Techsunny, their phone number is busy all the time and you cannot get through, so I then try e-mailing them and have heard nothing. Finally today I researched their website on Google and come to find out several other people are having the exact same issue. Therfore I called my bank to dispute the charges. What a horrible experience to have right before Christmas. Now my husband will be without his special gift.

Bought several items on 12/14/09. They charged my card imediately and sent a usps tracking #. I have tried to contact them on numerous occasions without success. As of 01/06/2010 there website is no longer available. The address "techsunny.com" sends you to a totally different site. I got scammed. I will definitely be contacting my bank, every law enforcement agency I can think of and the BBB ( Ha ) Live and Learn I guess.

I believe there site was hacked, I was in the same boat ordered a keyboard on dec. 14th, 09 on around dec. 24th got a e-mail from ebay stating techsunny may have been hacked and I should file a complaint. So I did and also on paypal. then don dec. 30th I recieved my keyboard so was happy. I did purchase this item and looked at there posi % and how many transactions they did to date and it was alot. so I would give them the benefit of the doubt and file on paypal and maybe in the future they will recover and submit a resolution. well good luck to all those who suffered a monetary loss.

Same thing happened to me. My order was being processed for a week and I tried contacting them, but to no avail. I ordered a PSP 3000 Gran Turismo Bundle and luckily I read about reviews before they took my money. So I just froze my account and made a new one.

I had purchased a computer for 610 and I am thankful that I paid with PayPal. I called with no answer, it was busy, or it went into a fax signal. I wasn't sent anything! I emailed them on Ebay as well as going to their site, which is no longer there. I have registered an account with them on Christmas day to see if I could get some resolution on when it would be delivered but nothing!

Same thing happened to me. Contact FED TRADE COMMISION at [protected], and file a complaint, along with LAPD. Hopefully if enough of us do something, we get the right people to take legal action against the company. Just an FYI, I've seen other complaints regarding multiple charges for the same item in months following original order, so keep an eye out. This is just infuriating.

I'm facing the same situation. My order was on the 12/17/09. They sent a tracking number which USPS said they had no information on this number at all. The company phone didn't work (it's a fax line). numerous attempts to contact them by email and using their website support message link were unsuccessfull. Luckily, I paid with Paypal. So I'm going through the dispute as of now. This is a scam artist company and every one should know about them.

Same thing Here. I'm waiting 17 days now for an order for software. I'm calling the bank in the morning and maybe the FBI. Theft across state lines and fraud.

I ordered the $249 itouch on the 15th also... I am extremely pissed off also. I am going to my bank to dispute the charges also. I cannot believe this. Of course I used my check card, so disputing these charges is likely to be a nightmare! Please keep me informed on your pursuit.

TechSunny.com Unethical business practice

I purchased a laser printer (Samsung ML-2510) from Buy.com one month ago. Buy.com now has third-party sellers who are small time retailers. I happened to purchase the printer from this company called Techsunny.com and when I received the printer 10 days later, I found out that it did not work. I asked for my money back; I called and emailed several times. The service rep, Ricky, was very rude and initially refuse to refund my money. Then he tried to charge me a 15% restocking fee. The printer was defective! When I disputed the charge with AMEX, Techsunny agreed to giving a full refund. It still did not reimburse me for the cost of shipping it back ($20.78). The company should not be allowed to have the customer to pay for shipping cost when the merchandise is defective.

Godaddy is part of the problem, they let these guys operate scam fishing sites.

When I cann the phone number i keep getting there fax line both numbers on there sight is fax numbers...I never recieved my product after three weeks. ..disapointed that they wont e-mail back...filed a complaint and disputed the charge with my bank...Shame on Amazon and paypal for even listing a company like this.
