1. I've never received invoice of with all my purchase with detail price.

I made the order of CANON SX10 IS for $269 online with sipping cost of $14.90 on Saturday 10/25/2008. Total was supposed to be $283.90. Here, I didn't receive any invoice email. So, I tried to log into my account that I created during checkout, but it didn't work either.

Sunday 10/26/2008, I received order confirmation phone call and the sales guy told me that I need the special memory and he was giving a great deal for 2GB memory for $99. Which I later agreed to add on to my purchase because I believed what he said.

Anyway, right before the sales guy hung up, he said that now total was $399. I thought is was not right, but before I had a chance to say anything, he hung up the phone.

I started feel something wasn't right, so while I was waiting for the new invoices arrival, I decided to search Internet about this company where I found all other peoples experience.

2. Their web site's support email address is not working.
I quickly wrote email for asking cancellation of my order, but it came right back to me with below reasons.

3. Customer service person is incredibly rude.
After I saw my CC charge was under "THE CAMERA WIZ INC " instead of "Techon DIGITAL", I took this was my third hit that this business isn't right, so I decided to make a phone call in first thing in a morning to cancel my order.

The customer service person asked for Order number, which I've never received because I'd never received the invoice through this transaction. He asked for zip code and name, but he couldn't find my name under 94109 zip code. Then he said my package was shipped out in a morning.

I asked him what I have to do to cancel the order and also told him that I was going to refuse the package to send it back to them. Instead of answering my question, he asked me what was the reasons for returning.

When I told him that it was bad service including not being clear about their charges before charging on my credit card. That's when he started to change his attitude and it was fine but there was 20% charge for return.

When I asked for full refund because I'm refusing the package I won't be even touching the merchandize, he got very upset and rude but didn't explain anything and just hung up the phone.

4. The customer service person hung up the phone right when I explained that I need to cnacel the order.

I called to get Return Authorization Number that I needed to make return or exchange. When I started to explaing that I need to cancel the order, the customer service guy hung up the phone without saying anything.

5.Over all very sneeky, bad customer service.

    This company advertises good prices and then tries to upsell you to useless equipment. They make it difficult to return the items. If you use them, be careful of the sharp sales techniques.
