Techage — customer support
I bought a security system from Techage in November 2017 Order # [protected] on 15th Nov 2017.
It worked fine until now when 3 of the 4 cameras have stopped working.
I contacted Techage for assistance and over a period of 2 weeks we have gone around in circles with me checking everything as requested. Now 6/04/18 they have suddenly stopped communicating. Without any reason mentioned.
This is not very professional conduct. Been left to ones own resources. They are supposed to be the "Official Factory" Where else do I go for support?
I realize that I have exceeded the Dispute time. But surely I can expect more that 3 months use from a brand new security system.
Even a compromising offer of reduce cost replacement cameras has not been forthcoming. Would that be too much to ask?
I am not very happy. I expected more from Techage. And now I expect Ali Express to assist me to get some sort of satisfaction.
Please give me some assistance.
