IN THIS WEEK MY MOBILE PHONE WAS DEACTIVATED TWO TIMES, ONE IS IN THE DAY TIME WE SPOKE WITH TIRUPUR AIRTEL PEOPLE AND IT WAS ACTIVATED IMMEDIATEL AND YESTERDAY NIGHT, I HAVE A BIG PRESSURE WITH MY PRODUCTION UNIT WE HAVE TO SHIP OUT THE WEEK END SHIPMENTS, FOR THAT I SHOULD SPEAK WITH MY CANADIAN CUSTOMERS, YOU SHOULD KNOW THE TIME DUARATION INDIA AND CANADA.

MY CUSTOMER AND PRODUCTION PWOPLE ARE TRIED MANY TIME TO CONTACT ME IN THE MIDNIGHT, AND FINALLY I TOOK MY CAR TO REACH MY OFFICE TO DISCUSS WITH THE CUSTOMER AND PRODN PEOPLE AROUND 3AM...DO YOU THINK YOUR THINK YOUR SERVICE CAN HELP WHEN YOUR CUSTOMER IN TROUBLE??USING MOBILE IS REDUCING THE TRAVEL AND INCREASE THE BUSINESS, WHEREAS YOU SEE WHAT WAS HAPPENED?

I AM SURE AS SERVICING SECTOR YOU SHOULD CONCENTRATE THE EXISITING CUSTOMERS, INSTEAD OF SEARCHING THE NEW CUSTOMERS.
