TeamExpress Beware!

On this website you can create your own account to check your order status. Anyone can do it, it's easy.
I purchased something as Christmas gifts, however, the items never arrived.
The order status showed that the items were in processing, customer service tried to assure me that the items were dispatched long time ago and I would get them soon. It takes too long though. What to believe?

TeamExpress The worst services and impossible to reach the online chat agents

I ordered hockey gloves from the company www.teamexpress.com. I placed the order and got the confirmation info, but after that I haven’t received my order. The services were the worst. I tried to contact the online chat agent, but it was impossible and all my messages were ignored. The company turned to be real scam, so stay away from them and post comments if you have faced the same problems.

TeamExpress Problems with placing the order

I tried to buy gloves from the website www.teamexpress.com couple of times. Twice I placed the order, but this item was out of stock. After that the seller returned my money back within 3 weeks. I recently tried to buy them again, but at this time money was taken immediately, but the seller didn’t provide any confirmation info. I wonder if there are people, who have the same problems and what have you done in such situation, please post comments.
