Team Golf bag / Sent the wrong team

I ordered a Giants cart golf bag. All my email confirmations said Giants. When the bag arrived it was a Pitt Steelers bag. So I call and they tell me they will email a call tag for UPS and when the bag is returned they will credit my account. Then she tells me not to re-order it for a couple of days because if I do they may send the wrong one again?? (doesn't that sound stupid!!). So I wait about 3 days and never get the emailed call tag so I call again, she tells me that it was okayed and issued and I should get it by the next day if not call again tomorrow. So of course I don't get the email call tag and I call again, I'm then told that it was issued, but since I have an aol email address that It has to be mailed and will be 6-10 days. So I give a different email address and now it is going to take 2 or 3 days to get it emailed to me. This online store is totally ridiculous and I recommend everyone avoiding this store.
