TCP Global / poor customer service

customer service is pretty bad. If you are willing to pay extra charges your item may ship on time, otherwise it doesn't get processed on time. Its hard to get someone on the phone.

    i ordered cake pans from them on march 2 2011 paid for rush delivery so id be sure to have them by march 12th for my granddaughters 5th birthday party never came!!! called tony in shipping told me some items werent in stock but when i ordered them on line they were. its now march 17th 2011, still no pans . is this a real company? can we contact the police there for deceptive practices. im out 91.45 i WANT MY MONEY BACK!!! DONT NEED THE PANS NOW PARTY IS OVER!!! THANK YOU TCP GLOBAL FOR RUINING MY GRANDDAUGHTERS 5 TH BIRTHDAY!!!
