TBDress.com dress wrong color

I ordered a dress, order #2840562. I received it in the incorrect color. I ordered maroon, as the attached picture shows what I thought I would receive. It arrived in a rust-orange color. This was supposed to be for my daughter's homecoming dance and of course I've had to purchase another dress. They will not refund me, will not accept returns. I have opened up a paypal dispute. I have already sent pictures to Blair and Helen at their company. I would like to return the dress for a full refund. Now today they are asking me to take a photo in "nature" light.

TBDress.com I have not received my order as of yet and it's been about a month

I placed an order for three pairs of shoes totaling $154.90 back in June! I have not received them I have tried to inguire about my order with no success the telephone number is for out of state so I could not get through, I tried to email customer service and got no response. I was sent an email stating my order (s) was being shipped also back in June and it's now July the 8th and I have received nothing... how do I just go about requesting a refund because obviously this company is fraudulent

TBDress.com my refund for a canceled order

On 05/09/2017 I placed an order with tb dress in the amount of $139.99 on 06/08/2017 I canceled the order because there were to many problems with my order 2697562. I have not yet received my money back from tb dress. No one has answered my email and I have no way calling this company. As a customer I feel taken advantage of and I do not appreciate the lack of communication. I want my money all of it

I ordered wedding dress from this company absolutely different they show nice dress when you get dress is rubbish material stitching is poor this company are a fraud. I called them to give me the address they refused and told me they will send me 40 % from 160 pounds I returned the item I used the address in the parsle I received their address. I reported to PayPal I might still waiting please anyone have problems with them should report because this company is a fraud

TBDress.com prom dresses

I ordered 2 prom dresses for my daughter. They came and were way too big and of poor quality. We tried to return them and they do not honor the return policy they have on website. They said they would give 40% refund. I sent the items back and they have received them and still no refund at all. You can not speak to a person. The emails are worthless.

TBDress.com chinese scam site

I decided to try this website and ordered a dress from Tbdress online store. And as I expected it was a pure junk. Material was absolutely disgusting, workmanship was terrible, there were seams everywhere! And even though I ordered my size dress did not fit! Top was super tiny and waist was loose. People, don't buy anything from this store, just look at those prices! Doesn't it tell you anything? A normal high quality dress will never cost only $20!
Tbdress is just a Chinese scam site selling rubbish and poorly made items.
Better save your money and buy yourself a good dress!
Tbdress is a total waste of money!

TBDress.com horrible service

First of all, the dresses are cheap so don't expect stellar quality. I knew this going into it, but figured it was fine for the price. Note that sizes are totally screwy (at least per US standards). Even the measurements don't really accurately reflect. If I select something with a bust of 37-38, I expect it would fit since I wear a 36. They don't. Pick the size you THINK would fit by the measurements then go one up. Maybe it'll work.

That said, pray you don't have to contact customer service. It's, apparently, one guy, and he's so very rude. I've asked, now, for a manager three times. He will not provide one nor forward my correspondence per my request. I've asked again just now, after he's trying to tell me I'm rude. I've been nothing but polite and professional. I hadn't seen my refund per their allotted time frame of 5-7 business days. I emailed to ask them to check to verify this was processed. If it had not been, I wanted my refund within the next 2 business days. I think that's more than reasonable considering 8 business days had past. He told me it was done, be patient, sometimes it takes longer due to the bank. I stated that wasn't the case because I have a credit union. They've always been very quick, but there's not even a pending request for the refund, again, could he go check with the appropriate department that it was processed. He then tells me to call my bank if I think they are lying. I told him I said nothing about him lying. I requested him to verify with the proper department it was done, and look into what happened. I said calling the bank won't help because if the funds aren't pending, there's nothing for them to check. They show the data online right away. I told him I wanted to speak to a manager, to forward the email, please. He would not, said that I refuse to check my bank, and the money was refunded. He tells me how would I know since it's a small amount. I found that odd. How would I know? Because I keep track of my money. Because I check my account. Anyways, the conversation went on like this, with him being rude, and me not engaging, requesting a manager. He still refuses to give one.

I'm online now, searching for corporate contact. My suggestion, don't buy from them. It's not worth the hassle on trying to get your money back or proper customer service from them. They should fire this guy.

It seems impossible to find a contact for this company aside for the customer service email which is answered only by ONE rude, horrible representative. I need a manager or someone above him.

TBDress.com wedding dresses

My daughter ordered two wedding dresses from this website on 4/7/16. The return policy clearly stated that if the dress was not as you expected, you could return within 15 days and return shipping would be paid for. These dresses look NOTHING like the pictures, are poorly made, and don't fit. The sleeves on one dress are 3/4 length and the picture shows full length. Additionally, instead of a full skirt it's fitted. It is truly not the same dress at all. She immediately contacted the company. She was told to take pictures to prove they weren't right. She did. She was told they couldn't give her a refund because "we made this special for you". She insisted and was told they'd give her card a credit of 40% of the price. I then emailed them and they wrote back that they'd give a 50% credit of the price. I even copied and pasted their return policy. She is now out approximately $150-175 if they credit her the 50%. She is a college student and just lost over a week's pay on this. Her client number is 2124482. We would like a full refund and the free return shipping as advertised.

Hello, my order number was 2124482. so when I tried these dresses on the material and quality is a lot different from the pictures and not what I was expecting at all. And when I opened the package for the strapped dress there was a black scuff on the front as you can see in the picture as well as some scuffs on the buttons. Also the buttons go in every different direction because of the zipper. Also the lace dress top part folded over when I had it on and the arms were not tight enough and they looked weird on my arms. Both of the dresses were also too loose around my trunk. I can't keep either of them I'm so sorry!

I truly cannot afford to keep the dresses because I paid like 400 for both of them which would mean I would be out 370 bucks if you only gave me a 15 dollar discount. This same problem happened with another place but it had an unclear return policy and so now I'm already out 100 bucks with that dress. When I ordered the dresses from this place I chose it because it said that if we were not satisfied then we could return it if I paid shipping fees. And the dresses don't look like the ones in the picture, nor do they fit, which is why I am not satisfied with my purchase. If I had known what they actually looked like compared to the picture I wouldn't have bought them. I also saw a comment from someone that bought two wedding dresses on your site and she said she didn't have problems with returning it and so I figured I would be safe. I totally understand since its handmade that you prefer to not do refunds but I think you should have made that way more clear on your website so that people know what they are getting into. If I had known I would not have bought those two dresses because now if I can't return them then I am out almost 500 dollars between these two dresses and the dress I got on a different site. I cannot afford that. I understand you can't give me a full refund but I really need to get as much money back as I can! And I will pay shipping costs.

I'm sorry I am not trying to be rude, I am just a poor college student who was trying to save money and ended up spending more money than I should have on dresses that were completely different than the pictures.

I can relate to all comments above. I too ordered certain dresses and they did not fit nor were the right color. And have been requesting my refund but they are giving me the run around.

you shouldn't have settled for the 50% especially having paid with credit card. You could have disputed the charge and i would still encourage you to do. they are a complete scam

Avoid this place at all costs and don't order anything from TBDress! I placed my order in early January and it is now mid March and still nothing! I emailed them many times, but received only stupid computer generated messages, and absolutely no information about the status of my order. I'll never buy anything here! These people just lost a customer. Glad that my item was quite cheap, and that I did not pay for the shipping! Scammers!

TBDress.com did not receive complete order

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. I have been waiting for the other half of my order for over a month. FEB 3rd and now it is MARCH 11th. THIS IS RIDICULOUS. You have to continually chase after customer service and even then all they do is give you excuses. "Well, we're going on holiday, so we can't ship your order" "Oh, well, it's out of stock" "Oh, well, the shipment hasn't come in". The last shipment email was sent on FEBRUARY 26TH. It's like they continually FORGOT about my order. MY ORIGINAL ORDER WAS MADE ON JANUARY 22ND. And now still nothing. NOTHING. NO CORRESPONDENCE. NO ORDER. NOTHING. I REPEAT DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY.

TBDress.com tiny clothes.

I knew that it was too good to be true when I saw the prices but still decided to give it a try. I've ordered 5 different items from TBDress, but unfortunately none of them fit properly. Firstly they were made in China and got sent separately and sizes were ridiculously small. Clothes I received looked like they were made for children. It's a complete scam! Don't want anybody to have to lose their money like I did. I threw all the clothes to the garbage bin and will never order anything from this website again!

TBDress.com scam business!

Don't ever deal with this scam company! I ordered something from TBdress in early January and never received a confirmation email or my tracking number. When I contacted their customer service and asked about my tracking number they promised to send me it right away, but they never did. It is now late February and I have no idea what is going on with my order, I don't even know whether it was shipped or not. So, if you don't want to waste your money then avoid this company and don't ever order anything from them!

I purchased a lovely coat from TBDress online store. I received a payment confirmation email and tracking number. I ordered two weeks ago and my order is still processing. I emailed their customer service regarding the status of my order, but received no response. Then I sent them another message and asked them to cancel my order, and they finally responded. They said that they could not offer me a refund and gave me a $10 discount coupon on my next purchase. Genius! I paid over $100, and all they can offer is a $10 coupon! I have emailed them again cancelling my order. We'll see what happens next.

TBDress.com poor quality

I ordered 2 jackets from TBdress. When I received my order I was super disappointed since nothing fit! I ordered M size jackets, but the ones I receives were extremely small! Not to mention that I've ordered long sleeved jackets, but sleeves were short. Those jackets looked more like t-shirts. There is a huge difference between what is shown on their website and what they actually sell. So I decided to return the products and get my money back. But when I contacted customer service they said that there will be no refunds or returns. So I actually lost over $80 for nothing.

I had a terrible online shopping experience with Tbdress. I purchased a dress and received it in reasonable time. But the size was incorrect and the quality was extremely poor. The dress looked nothing like the pictures posted on their website. So I decided to return it and get a refund. I contacted customer service but they were not helpful. They said they could return only 40%. But first I had to send the dress back to them and only then they would give my money back. How is that even possible? It is not fair for me to pay 60% for this dress! I even called them several times, but they ignore all my calls! Avoid this company !

TBDress.com worst online experience ever!

Before I place the order, on 12/04/15, I checked carefully the seller's processing and shipping times, since I needed the items before Christmas. It was supposed to take no more than 17 days all together. By the sellers website one item was shipped in the tame frame, the second one was shipped 8 days late and it took 5 weeks to get it and the 3th one they refused to ship because I've opened a Paypal dispute.
The coat I did receive it is a totally different size that what I ordered (and I checked their size chart) : the measurements are 8" (waist) and 4" (bust) bigger so is no way I can wear that. They offered me a $2 refund to fix it myself?!
Now, 1 1/5 month later they still didn't ship the 3th item and they won't because I'm not closing my Paypal dispute.
I did try to review my order on their website but looks like they post just the good reviews.

TBDress.com the worst customer service!

This company is a real nightmare! I purchased some items from TBdress few months ago. Items they sent me were absolutely horrible. Their product quality is very poor and clothes I received looked nothing like the pictures they have posted on their website. It also took them two months to deliver, but information on their website sates that shipping time is approximately 14 days! Also the sizes were incorrect and everything I received was too small. TBdress customer service is the worst I've ever dealt with. They give no refunds, even if the product arrives damaged. These guys are thieves that stole my money! I think that all the positive reviews about them are fake!

TBDress.com very bad

I purchased some clothes from TBdress. Actually the delivery was surprisingly quickly, it took only two weeks. First thing that made me angry was that my package was delivered to my neighbor and there was no notification about it. Luckily I have honest neighbors, so I did receive my order. When I opened the package and took out the clothes, I realized they were extremely small, probably at least 2, or even 3 sizes smaller. Although items looked fine, they definitely differed from the pictures advertised. It's like someone has seen the picture and tried to recreate the item, but not very well. I think I'll never receive my money back, so I'll just donate everything. Very disappointing experience.

TBDress.com worst and unprofessional.

Tbdress does not have a real customer service phone number! So it is impossible to call them in case of any questions about your order. Sending emails is also useless, you will ever get a reply fro a real rep.You will get only a copy and pasted robot responses. And never pay extra money for shipping. It'll take months before you receive anything. And it's only 50% that you will ever receive your order. I ordered my item three months ago, paid extra for quick shipping, but still nothing! I have demanded a refund, but heard nothing from them. Basically I lost over $100.

My wife purchased a dress from TBdress. When it arrived the quality was extremely horrible quality and the size was also wrong. Their return policy says that customer has 15 days to return an item. But that actually is a lie. I contacted customer support and told I wanted to return the dress back since it was horrible. I sent the dress back to them and they said they'd refund me only 5%! After talking again they offered me 10%. Then they said they'd give me 20% back! What is wrong with these people? Anyways, I contacted PayPal and opened a dispute.
