We purchased a dress for my daughter for prom. The quality was very poor. There were at least 4 areas on the dress that were poorly sewn and it was very noticeable. There is no way she can wear this dress in its current condition. I sent pictures to TB Dress so that I could get a return authorization. They offered to give me $10 refund and a discount on a future order, stating that they had put so much time and money into making it and that was the best they could do. I have sent at least 4 emails requesting a refund and have received the same response each time. This company is a sham. DO NOT order from them. Pay a little extra and get a decent product for your money.

Tbdress is SCAM. Please do not order anything from them. They are FULL bunch of LIARES. have ordered a dress for my wedding, which was on February 14th and I have received it on February 21st. All dresses on the pictues look very beautiful, but the reality and truth is absolutely different. Even though you let them know you wedding day, they will be promising to send your dress on time, but you will never have it on time. So, please do not trust and not believe them. The main problem is that they are in China and you can not do anything about it. If you want to return it, you will never get the full refund, so forget about your money. Finally, I had to go to a store to buy me the wedding dress because I could not wait longer.

Yes, Peridress is an excellent website for you to purchased dress. I ordered the wedding from Peridress mainly for the guaranteed quality and best prices. It is an online dress shop with seven years history, I just told myself I should do the choice in the seas of different styles and designs, whose price framework is 100$~500$. I received the package in 6 weeks afterwards the order was placed online. I was timely informed where the step was during the order procedure and dress manufacture. Everything went smooth.I tried on the dress to find what it looks like. Absolutely beautiful and perfect fits, especially of the costume jacket, I couldn’t cheat myself to say! The shopping experience shew me more trust in online dress shops! I will be back soon for another evening dress should be prepared in one month! Thank you, Peridress.

dress quality and design not same as photo
copy of mt complaint to them. - TB dress site is not allowing me to send photos. "Again - I am submitting the dress I ordered is not the same as the picture. the beading is much wider and not the same. The proportion of the beading is also not the same as in the picuture, the beading around the waist is much closer to the hips and that is what I was expecting. With this dress, the beading is above my belly button about 3 inches. I can see where stitching was removed and some of the embroidery around the breast is above the material and it sticks out. The stitching is visible in the front of the dress and you can barely see the beading/embroidery design. it was much nicer in the photo of the dress. I ordered it because I thought it was more unique.
the color that is in the photo also does not seem to be the color of the dress, but I should have paid more attention to the color chart. But clearly the dress was not made to the specifications of the dress in the photo. I ordered a jacket and I like it very much, and the gloves I ordered are really ivory. I would like to return the dress for a full refund and part shipping." Shipping was good, probably because I paid for expedite - too bad the dress is not the same.. Beware - make sure your look at color chart too that was my mistake, but the dress is very different in design than what was in the photo that helped me make my decision to buy..

I ordered a few clothes but there are four of them i am not happy about. However, when I tried to contact them about returning there is no answer to my question. I tried to email, live chat, and messenger. They just told me to contact human service but there is no US phone number. They just try to get money from us. Not recommended.
I ordered a wedding dress in June 4th. Then I cancelled in June 5th with the 24 hours policy cancellation. TBDress did not want to reimbursement me the amount of $160.54 to my credit card company. I submitted a dispute against TBdress and they haven't responded to capital one agents. Has been pass 2 months and TBdress is avoiding contacted us.
I ordered multiple dresses from TB Dress which took a month to arrive because they ship from China; a fact they conceal. The dresses were cheaply made as is alleged by multiple persons on this site. The clothes were maybe HALF the size I ordered. The skinny pants were beautifully made but they were a medium at best and I ordered the largest size they made just in case. The good news is I paid with Paypal who reversed the charges but it took persistence and I was offered $10 and then $20 by TB dress as a stall tactic on a $135.00 dollar order. Did I mention that the information on the packages is in Chinese and so cannot be put back in the post for a return on this side of the Pacific? Of course I asked for return information. They failed to provide even that.
I also bought $100 worth of clothes, they were so small and the fabric was cheap nothing like the picture. Im still trying to get a hold of them a month later.
I ordered swimsuits...didnt receive two of the three and they are totally cheap. I would not wear them out in public! I tried to open a dispute but the website wont let me. DONT WASTE your money on these products!

I ordered and paid for a dress, it said it would take a maximum of 15 Days to make. It has now been 21 Days and it is still not finished or been dispatched. The dress did not arrive in time for the event I ordered it for. Company are ignoring my e-mails, won't issue a refund. They are a total rip off. NEVER buy from TB Dress
YAH going through major pain of getting my money back on a prom dress that is not as it is pictured. Over half of the sequins on bodice missing & they say it was the lighting when picture was taken. WRONG! Total rip off & misrepresented dresses. they're made in CHINA so you can just imagine. Hope you can get a dipute through your ccd company. i'm still working on mine, currently they only want to give me $20 for a $200 dress! good luck. SEE ATTACHED PICS. DO NOT BUY FROM TB DRESS OR TIDEBUY. THEY'RE THE SAME COMPANY!
