Can't falsify names on imported dogs with pedigrees in picking them up at Customs, Registering them with AKC that matches pedigrees so then who are we in picking them up if says our names of Lori Brown and or Ashley Roberts along with Scott Brown? Contacted me the first time last night saying that she bought a dog from you that had fake pedigree/papers. Said she and multiple other customers are involved in a law suit against you and that you had many different aliases and criminal charges were being brought against you. Told me that I should check the dna of my dog to make sure his pedigree isn't fake...

Teddy Bear Creme Goldens sold a "Champion" to me too, a few months ago. This lady has stalked, harassed, victimized me for months. I just got an email admission from the breeder, TBC Goldens, stating that my dog's registration is a fraud, that he is not sired by the parent dogs that she registered with AKC, that the dog is not the dog she sold to me. I have seen documented allegations of TBC's fraudulent breeding practices, fraudulent AKC registration, and fraudulent health certifications of the dogs. Her real name is Leah Winkler. This breeder changes her business name frequently, and uses false aliases, not her real name. She calls herself Layla, Laura, and uses the last name Brown, Roberts. I can provide you the name and contact information of another breeder that this happened to. This lady has prior convictions of fraud, assault and battery, theft in AZ, CA, and has operated under multiple business names, personal aliases. She has been convicted multiple times, and is presently under criminal investigation. Your papers probably state the dam and sire, but you probably won't find actual DNA verification. Here are screen shots said from my inbox, written by her, fraud of her own admission. Just google TBC Goldens, Teddy Bear Creme Goldens, Lea(h) Winkler and do your own search, see for yourself. Your AKC documents are probably as fraudulent as mine are from this breeder. By all means, you can make your own decisions about breeding the dog you purchased from her, but at least you can make an informed decision, judgement call. Again, I will reiterate, I am NOT a dog breeder. I am a consumer who has been victimized and defrauded by this breeder, and I am one of several individuals, both pet owners and breeders. The health guarantees are too. I am reaching out to everyone who is acquiring a dog from this individual, and letting them know what this breeder did to me, unethical breeding practices, criminal actions. I wish I had been forewarned, made aware before I walked into what I did. This individual has terrorized me for months, blatantly cyber stalked me, attempted to extort additional money from me, has threatened me physically, has admitted, boasted of theft by fraud against me. There are others. I am not the only one. I would suggest that you try to verify your dog's actual DNA and get your own health certifications done before breeding him. He is beautiful. The Breeders names are Leah and Harold Winkler.
There is an open fraud investigation, pending charges against them right involving eBay. This woman copy/pasted and altered a private message I sent to a breeder, advising her that her dog's registration may be fraudulent. Buyer Beware! The breeder can now make an informed decision. (Ms Franklin is my sister.) TBC Goldens added to my message that was posted on here with "I lost my mind". I did not write that.
This woman is deranged. Referring to me as a "lesbian" first of all is inappropriate, and especially on a public posting . Ashley Roberts is an alias. Layla is an alias, Scott Brown is also a false alias. These people are already operating outside the law, have pending criminal charges of fraud on eBay with Burke county, and a criminal investigation against her here in Raleigh. Their real names are Lea and Harold Winkler. Lea has a very long criminal history of this nature that goes back 15 years, in Arizona and California. I WOULD CAUTION ANY CONSUMER, WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THAT ANYONE BUY A PET OR BREEDING DOG FROM THESE PEOPLE IN HILDEBRAN/HICKORY NC,
They are also running a crowd source funding scam, contacting asking former customers and asking them for money. This is all verifiable information that is documented. There are multiple witnesses who are prepared to come forward regarding this matter. From my own personal experience, I would not advise anyone get involved with any monetary transaction with these folks.

This is just damage control . My facts are credible, verifiable, and I stand behind my comments.

TBCG you have done nothing but attack and terrorize clients who had issue with purchase of their dog. People put their trust in you for such an important decision. You have done nothing but harass and terrorize Ms. Taylor, attempted extortion, bullying threatening harassing. All sh wanted to do was get her dog and register it and when simple issues arose you went into attack mode. You have threatened her in writing. How dare you treat a customer like that. You should be ashamed. She does have a background in Government Intelligence. I strongly encourage you to apologize and stop your outrageous actions immediately. And if you intend to stay in business get your act together. You can't treat customers like that. There are laws that protect consumers and laws against your kind of behavior. You are lying. I can have so many people email and state all kinds of stuff what you are doing to these people that you have wrongful information about. I am a business investigator and intelligence analyst by trade and Ms. Taylor has a background in Intelligence. We have done our homework. There is no slander when facts can be proven to be accurate. Ms. Taylor posted her experience and that is fact; 100% accurate. These people and their actions appear very dangerous. I have seen all of the correspondence. There are other breeders. Avoid this group. Behavior is no less than attempted extortion.

Beverly Taylor is correct. I have personally seen all of the threatening and malicious emails this TBC Goldens has sent to Beverly. They are cyberstalking her and calling her vulgar names and using vile and disgusting language, threatening her, stalking her. I have never seen anyone in business behave like this. Their behavior is criminal; bizarre. These people have done nothing but try to extort money from this lady and all she did was purchase a dog and it has been nothing but a terrible experience. If the original complaintant posted on here they are accurate. Believe them. Buyer beware.

We are not a past breeder that Beverly claims us to be. Please contact AKC about it and they will tell you and show you notary signatures of myself Ashley Roberts which is myself of dog ownership's. As said Beverly Taylor is delusional.

Shows what a fool Beverly Taylor really is, AKC had documentation of paperwork being notarized by TBC Goldens and no where on this website nor with this breeder is her name on anything at all, nor the fact that she even resides in NC being last known she was in AZ or Cali after they old all their dogs. Just to clarify/ I DO live in Raleigh, NC. I have never stated otherwise. I initially paid 850.00, and subsequently paid an additional 650.00 for full registration. He was the last of his litter.
This breeder refused to transfer his chip multiple times. I had to provide supporting documentation and go through legal channels to get it done. The breeder attempted to extort additional money out of me. The chip was included with the dog, was done before I ever bought the dog. There was no contractual agreement that my dog's chip transfer would be held hostage unless I gave her more money. The breeders name is not her real name, an alias. Do your own due diligence and Google Leah Winkler. There is a long history, and there are multiple charges, convictions of fraud, theft and harassment in her previous residency in Arizona and Calufornia. This breeder has been cyber harassing, cyber bullying me for four months. Additionally, her most recent electronic communication to me states her own admission of fraud, that my dogs litter, lineage is fraudulently registered, that his health guarantee was also a fraud, that he was not sired by the dog advertised, that I was told he was sired by and is on my contract, purchase and AKC registration documents. I am NOT a dog breeder. I am a pet owner. I have no agenda here other than to inform other consumers of my experience with this breeder, help prevent others being victimized, defrauded the same way. My supporting documentation contains such vile, deplorable language, comments used, written by this breeder that I will not post it here. Nobody has been victimized nor scammed at all whatsoever, this lady Beverly Taylor is delusional.

She then continued to be all ugly and resentful towards us because we told her that Animal Control had told us it was in fact was a lady from Raleigh that called in on us saying we were selling sick puppies well that is where Beverly lives is in Raleigh, which she still denies. All puppies have been examined by the vet at 7 weeks 5 days of age on August 19th 2015 on this litter. Beverly was mad because her microchip on her dog was in fact not registered to her being she registered it with another company with AKC. We told her to contact Home Again to transfer it as soon as she paid us the remaining balance. She finally did call them but never finished paying. She is apparently not happy because she got a $3000.00 puppy for only being last one of which Ron and Leslie did not this one want that was offered to them; for $850.00, then she asked for full AKC reg on him for showing purposes only she stated clearly even though we highly recommended and instructed her not to breed him being his sire we purchased from Ukraine in April was a dog that we had gotten scammed on. We have done nothing but went above and beyond for this lady and we do not know what her problem is when it is with somebody else and what minor issues she has she brought them all upon herself. How many breeders would let a puppy buyer come to their home at almost midnight on a Tuesday work night to be up and leave for work the next day at 5 am to pick up a puppy that was supposed to be there originally at 6:30 pm? Everything was gone over with Beverly in her puppy's folder of all documents other then I had forgot to put my receipt in her folder of what I paid to take the litter to the vet for their appoint. on the 19th. I had Heart worm med empty packets of lot numbers w/ expiration dates, lot numbers to all vaccines, and all scheduled wormings even the lot number to the Home Again microchip on the Health Record of her puppy, including all mom and dad's paperwork, copies of health clearances, AKC paper work, pedigrees, litter Pedigree, Optigen testings, Animal Genetic testings, Champion titles on both dogs, plus more...And she is still not happy. Please do not let this lady's words scare you on here of a awesome show quality puppy from very highly champion imported parents. There is always one bad apple in a bunch.

I stand by my comment about the initial posting. I wish I had been forewarned about this breeder. I would not recommend this breeder to any consumer.

This lady Beverly was told about this at our front door with being a neighbor to Ron and Leslie with living in Raleigh too about vaccines and do NOT put the puppy on the ground in public places at all until FULLY VACCINATED. Beverly agrees what they did was wrong then adds to this online comment of Ron and Leslie's complaint. She was upset because the vet exam receipt from the vet was not in the puppies folder of what we paid to take them all their on their first health exam at the vet when she was emailed pics of the puppies at the vet. We also told her all the vet gives us is a receipt, they do not give all the pups info to us on one form for each puppy buyer. So she contacted us all irate over a simple paper pf paying almost $200.00 at the vet because it was not in the puppies folders and because we do our own vaccines which most breeders do their own vaccines as long as you purchase them from a reputable place of business always on ice with never losing temps while shipped with giving labels of the lot numbers on each one that they had with expiration dates. Also with given a health packet in all puppy's folder too of every single thing each puppy had had as well as all packages of heart worm meds in each one too along with the stickers and lot numbers written on each one with expiration dates as well. We have so many clients tell us that their vets have never seen such a full thorough health record on any puppies as they have seen on ours before.

I am the owner of this website named Scott and Layla Brown and Ron and Leslie purchased a puppy from us at 8 weeks old and was strongly given advice not to take the puppy out in public at all on the ground until fully vaccinated. Ron called us and stated there was something wrong with the puppy yes he sure in deed did. It was not until we found out from the vet is Raleigh with giving us all the information on it that Ron and Leslie Shappell both took the 8 week old puppy to Myrtle Beach, the vet demanded to us in with telling us everything about this puppy of when she first left our home at the University Raleigh do NOT give them a replacement puppy because it did not come from on our end at all that is was exposed to a virus with what is most likely at the beach ther vet stated to us of what all washes up on shore. I emailed and contacted Ron and Leslie both through their difficult time. They did not want to pay the vet bills, they wanted to put the puppy to sleep. I told then the vet said she is getting better do not do that to give her a chance at life. The vet demanded the pup not going anywhere at all to stay at the University being we were on our way to Raleigh when the vet made that demand. We were even going to give them their money back plus 2 puppies for whet they were going through. We did everything on our end and power to make Ron and Leslie happy but felt it was not our fault that they exposed the puppy at only 8 weeks old at the beach with other dogs being on the beach too. I then again offered the male puppy to them when this was not in fact our fault to sell him and keep the money to put towards their vet bills which they refused to take him 2 times. As said, they were given a packet of instructions in their puppy's folder with stating DO NOT TAKE THE PUPPY OUT IN PUBLIC PLACES UNTIL FULLY VACCINATED. Puppy was vaccinated on [protected] with only the 1 vaccine when they took her to the beach. Ron even claimed that he will leave us a awesome review on puppyfind for all we did and all our efforts with them which we never got. So a lady contacts me showing e this for the very first time and YES I am very dumb-founded by it all after all what I did to help these people for what they caused by taking her to the beach with only 1 vaccine only 3 days before leaving our home. : (
