I had bought my Tata Walky [protected]) from M/s. Tirupati Mobiles, Ashirwad Chowk, Dwarka Sector 4, Delhi on 27 Nov 06 for Rs.1850/-. Within 3 days the phone stopped working despite me having furnished the necessary documents for identity proof. After having reminded them nearly every day for two weeks, the connection was restored but whenever I tried to make any outgoing call there is a recorded voice saying that I have no money in the account for making outgoing calls and I should recharge within some date in February to avoid disconnection, this despite the assurance from the vendor that it would be valid for incoming calls for 8 months. With such service from a renowned Indian telecommunication company, I have no option but to give up this connection. It is sad that things like this still happen, when we are a leading country in telecommunication and IT.
