The customer service by TATA-VSNL is worst and on top of that I had to listen to nonsense from them. I have raised complaint regarding my broadband connection going down. It is now more than a month. They give complaint number and said that it would be solved in 4 hours and then 5-7 days. After calling them in 7 days, they reply that my complaint is closed. Even after saying that my connection is not working, they respond with new complaint number. I have now got 3 complaint numbers and still my connection is not working.
If I would have been in US, I would have sued them for such a horrible service.
I ask them if I can talk to some top official, they say that they do not have number.
