Tata Sky unsatisfactory services and not giving validate reason for set top box changing.

We are facing since last month in the signals of tata sky DTH . As signals gone and come lately without weather changing and we called at tata sky services and they recommended to technician visit who came and said set top is dud and they will replace it charging 350 rs. We had allowed them to change it and they replaced it. After 2-4 days we are facing same problem after installation of new set box and we called them they again said that set top box is dud. Means if new set top box have same problem then previous was not dud and they had fooled us and they also doesn't give any reason that what is wrong with set top box . Our recharge is also getting wasted timely .So we want satisfactory action against them or refund.

Tata Sky tatasky hd setup box

i have new tatasky hd ( setup box)connection on 11/12/2018 morning. my subscriber id is [protected]. technician came and installed and said after 2 hours it will get activate. but till now it is not got activated. if i call today morning local tatasky office (tc palya, bangalore) they r not recieving call. if call u r customer excutive patayanesonali([protected]) she is not responding to my call. so whom should i contact. so please take ur connection back and refund me. i dont want ur worst connection

Tata Sky fake charges and forced plan limits

My subscribe id of tata sky: [protected] . Tata sky now forcing customers and setting plan limits as per their wish without customer permission. On my account they set monthly limits without informing us and charging money accordingly. I recharged with 220/- monthly plan on 18th October 2018 from Tata sky guidelines only but they provided only 15 days service for this and DEACTIVATED my plan and not provided service for 30 days for which I paid for. After that I called customer service so it is very pathetic and fake all agents not provided help at all and asking me to wait as I have logged complaint for it. I am chasing it since a month now and no resolution provided.

I requested them to credit that amount to my Tata sky account as I am not benefitted for it so they simply deny and set 400/-plan limit on my account without my permission and asking me to recharge for that channels which I and my family do not watch at all. Why Tata sky become such a fake company where they are lutting money from customers and forcing them to plan as per tata sky wish not by customer.

Tata Sky setup box

your technician had came and installed hd setbox instead of normal setup box. After compliant he had remove the hd charges and after two day again hd fees charged. our previous set up box was normal.

Regarding this matter we have discussed more than 20 representative, but till pending, kindly look this matter close as early as possible

my Tata sky is not working from last 2 days I registered a complaint

Tata sky representative came and asking for 450/- extra for replacement
and than I discussed with Mandip from Tata sky he don't have manners how to talk with customers
he was talking in very rude way

and ask representative to come back without resolution

I'm going to change it Today itself

Guys no one required new connection from Tata sky services are totally bad

Tata Sky sony channels

Its very disappointing you have treated your Customers who had paid for watching Sony Channels plus like me who have HD pack, please reimburse the money you had charged to us extra for Sony Channels or get them activated. I had paid the money what you had shown now its your obligation to respect it or its a breach of trust, why customers have to suffer for pricing Issue between you and SPN !

i have done a recharge of Rs189 on 22oct 2018 which will activate english movie pack i confirmed with the dealer and call center people.my sey up box was on and my TV was on while recharging it as soon as i went home everthing started well but immideatily after 10minutes i switiched off it show due to weather condition there is no signal since yesterday there was no rainand it was started but signal gone back i was upset that after recharging without any problem i cant see any channels.my money is been wasting unessary because of your technical issues.please send me a engineer for free and check what excatly the problem is with any device.

Tata Sky misleading your employee to customer like me

I have given several complain but your employee misleading at each step . I lodge a complain on st.13.10.2018. But no body attending .I talked to your customer care several times but they are lodging complain and again cancelling the complain lodged by me without attending. I have got not a single call from your technician side but how your employee are resolving the complain.

Tata Sky my tatasky tv connection con. no. [protected]

I had been trying to contact Tatasky for 4 days as it was saying "Your Tatasky is not receiving signals because of the rains outside. It was so sunny and bright and this was poping-up on my TV. I was unable to contact as the wait time each time I telephoned was more than 12 minutes - Hence, each time I called, I was paying almost Rs. 40/- for each call. Sorry to state that getting them on line after 4 days also did not solve my problem as to make more money, they told me they are sending Mechanic. What type of service is this that we are being charged for no fault of ours. Then the mechanic comes and says he has to replace parts! So pay extra for that too - Hopeless service - Sorry to state that.

Tata Sky service

I am a Tata Sky subscriber with ID [[protected]] and I am feedup with the pathetic service . Since last 4 days I'm not able to view any channels of Tata sky as always gets d error of no signal due to bad weather as it's cloudy or raining outside as it's not been happening in Mumbai since September. I've been repeatedly facing dis issue and Tata Sky is not able to serve my c.omplaint. I am writing a complaint here to highlight the pathetic service. Tata Sky tata sky is the biggest cheat. keeps charging without providing services

They are the biggest cheat. Every second month they increase prices of their packs. Now I have noticed they started reducing the channels from the subscribed packs without informing the client. Worst service provider.

Plz let me know a legal recourse for these kind of cheats. They charge you 250-300 bucks every month for a home visit and the reason for the visit is Tata Sky connection not working hence they will arrange for a visit and customer needs to par 300 for the visit every month apart from the monthly recharge cost of rs 500-600/-
Finally you end up paying 100.-bucks every month on such pathetic services.

Hi, commercial negotiations with the broadcasters broke down as what they were seeking would have forced us to hike our prices. Hence we have had to drop a few channels while keeping the popular ones on. Please bear with us for some time because we are doing this in our subscribers’ interest.

Tata Sky my tatasky-id-[protected]-my mob: [protected]-cancelled-proceeds not received

As per my request, above connection cancelled.
Received your call, from Bangalore, informing me - proceeds by way of Chequ/DD despatched on 30.9.18, thru DTDC courier (B [protected]).

No msg or intimation came from courier off till 3.10.18...Then I went personally to courier off on 3.10.18.
They have told me "in the cover...Tatasky people have not mentioned mob no. of addressee..So we returned back the courier to Bangalore itself"...I shocked receiving such msgs...

Request you to pl do needfull and ensure the DD/Ch reach to me..
For any clarification, if need be, pl call my mob [protected]

Tata Sky dth

Tata sky support help line no. And senior team is not good and have not proper knowledge.maximum time after holding without short out my problam disconnected my phone..
After recharge my tata sky dth one month my 8 channels are closed.
I asking every time where is amount. So not tell me and disconnected my phone
7 time i call tata sky helpline no. Every call after waiting approx 35 minand disconnect my phone...
So help me...and tata sky is cheater

Tata Sky service

Sony SET(130) is not coming . It is just showing a black screen.
No helpline no. Or error no. Is being shown but just a black screen.
We are unable to contact any authority and even no one responds to the helpline no.
We have even messaged earlier but no on responded
We are unsatisfied with your unfriendly services and did not expect such services and did not expect such services from you.
Please reply and repair asap.

Cannot reach [protected]
It says the above number is Toll Free whereas you receive a balance deduction on ending the call.
The call says to hold on to reach the executive and plus levy a charge on toll free number.
Have paid already for those channels for the past one month along with another one months subscription.
The local shop says Tata Sky has some differences with Sony.
Why should the customers who have already paid suffer due to that.

Tata Sky speed/connectivity

I would like to share that i'm facing problem with the connection which got installed today at my resisdent.

I opted for 100GB Plan and paid rental for complete year.

I got commitment that you won't face any problem rest installation person told that it will be resolved in a while but it's more than 6 hours it has not been resolved.

According to my plan I was suppose to get 100Mbps Speed but unfortunately i'm only getting in between 0.5Mbps - 30Mbps, I even called the manager who is taking care of this and according to them it will get resolved in some time as team is working.

but my concern is before getting it finalized with the sales person spoke with it;s senior and according to him everything has already been sorted, but I don't think so.

I even lost an important call around 4:00PM which I already shared with them that are you sure it wont hamper according to them I will not, but due to that good internet speed I faced issue and unable to call to my client.

I would like to get this resolved ASAP else I wont be able to stick with this service and connection.

Tata Sky tata sky installer visit for wo#17rqy1ta

Since 2 days back have log compliant regarding set box not functioning . Problem facing with on/off.

Have requested N no.of time to send your technics as per my preferred time, but sorry Tata sky is not bother with my timing or issues

Your service standard is decreasing and now it's worst
Before you lose clients like me. Act fast and take corrective action. pathetic service with unprofessional approach.

Tata Sky dth

We have been paying so much to Tata Sky and still I am not able to get to watch my recorded programs.
Tata Sky is just a fraud and cheater and its services are getting degraded day-by-day.
It was my mistake switching from Airtel to Tata Sky and I think I should disconnect Tata Sky and switch back to Airtel.

Really frustrated with Tata Sky services.

If you can not resolve this issue and try to provide some excuses, just wait and watch to lose your customer. I will make sure that I provide negative feedback to my friends also and on social media too.

Issue:
I am trying to watch recorded programs and I am getting below message on my tv screen.
"There has been a change of digicard or modification in your Tata Sky account. You will not be able to view this recording."

Tata Sky annual recharge / not providing annual recharged services excusing that annual recharge should be locked first

The worst experience with tata sky.first of all it is costly, then also I continue using it from 2016 . from January 2017 till June 2017 I was on my leave so I wasn't there to use tata sky . after my joining I thought to recharge a annually pack so recharged it with rs 2420 for one year but after three months balance was finished, when I talk to costumer care executive they told I should have to locked my annual pack first then only it will considered for annual pack... V used to have other DTH and used to recharge it the same way but never faced this problem... If locking is the procedure then there should be some instructions while recharging from apps .
