Tata Sky / channel change

WRITING THIS COMPLAINT, I AM EXTREMELY FURIOUS ABOUT THE WAY TATA SKY IS TREATING 3 year OLD CUSTOMER.

I HAD RECENTLY CHANGED MY PACKAGE AND SINCE I HAVE TATA SKY PLUS ALL MY RECODINGS HAVE BEEN DELETED.NOBODY HAD INFORMED OF THE SAME, AND ON CALLING TATA SKY FOLKS 15 TIMES IN SPAN OF 30 MINUTES, EACH TIME ALL PPL(FROM TECHNICIAN's TO SUPERVISORS) ARE DISCONNECTING THE CALL.

AND WRITING THIS COMPLAINT IS THE LAST RESORT I SEE, SINCE I AM NOT ABLE TO TALK TO ANY ONE.

THIS IS THE LAST RESORT FOR ME AND NEXT TIME I WILL NOT BE CONTACTING TATA SKY
FOR THIS MATTER.

LOOK INTO THIS MATTER AND ITS UR RESPONSIBILITY TO HAVE SOME ONE TALK TO ME.
