I am having a Fiat palio Nv ELX.

The rear window glass of my car broke. I went to the service centre at Raipur - National garage. This happened on 13th of July. I was ready to pay for the glass in advance when the person at the desk said it is very difficult to get the spares of Fiat cars.
However they did not collect the advance payment. But till date i have not received any feedback as to when they would be receiving the Spare glass.
I bought the car after TATA motors decided to Market the cars.
If this is the way TATA Motors wants the TATA lagacy to be carried then it is not worthe calling them the Industrialists that wants to build the nation. Its a shame if they cannot handle such small situations for spares that are so essential for a car.

I am really disgusted with the sort of service that TATA MOTORS is providing to people.
