We had taken pre-paid tata indicom-vsnl broadband connection. For almost a month we have no connectivity. Ever y time we call up the call center they first keep you on hold on the ground, with a recorded caption "please stay on the line, as the customer service executives are busy". Thereafter, holding the phone for anything between 2 to 10 minutes somebody attends the call. He then wastes your time posing some queries & then gives standard cosmetic falls assurance that the complaint will be attended within 24 working hrs., which never gets attended. We have lodged as many as eight complaints in last 25 days, but without any results.
I think tata indicom vsnl prepaid service is a public loot. They collect the money in advance & thereafter you can go to hell. The technical staff is thick skinned shameless lot. The complaint can not be redressed at higher level as senior staff is in ivory tower & does not want to be disturbed. The govt has become transparent & one can resort to right to information act, but private sectors are looting common people. The persons at the helm of affairs are shameless bunch of goons.
No wise person should take tata indicom prepaid internet connection. Go for post paid & don't pay your bill. Thats the only answer.
