Tata Indicom Data Card / A froad and a very rude behaiviour

it is very unfortunate to inf. u that i buyed a tata indicom's dat card device on 9th of july, 2009...well while when i was use to buy that device they informed me that i kan use this for a free subsription unlimited for the 2 months...i have tkaen a prepaid sim...well when i was using that i founf a great difficulty cuz i was not able to use it...but when i went there to ask a girl who is working in tata indicom and she was use to given me the information for the 2 months was of toatally froad ...she told me that she had never told me anything bout this and said me that she had no interset for that her behaiviour is extremely bad and this is unfortuante for me to face such type of difficulty...she told me her name is ANAMIKA ROY...and it also unfortunate for me that the person who is a team or supervisor for the entire north east circle was also supporting that lady his name is MR.RAJA BANNERJEE...sir this is very unfair if a person is behaiving to me like a sufferer...
sir i would like to inf. u that i'm staying in Agartala and here we have no option to take any step for this froad type of activities...the reason for this is dat it was the main office of Agartala branch(Tripura)...
therefore, i would request u to take such type of necessary step for such type of situation...

Non attendence to Complaint No.113662301, dt.10/04/08. The internet connectivity through Tataindicom USB Data Card is not working for the last 15 days. Though engineer came to attend the same but still not set right. Request kindly set the connectivity immediately. Mob.No.9990008914

Tata Indicom Data Card - extortion call for prepaying of bills of services which had requested the company to disconnect 6 months ago

Dear Sir,

Had taken a Tata indi com wireless card last year on a prepayment scheme of one year by prepaying an amount of INR 7490.

since the services of the company were pathetic and gave me only headache i decided to terminate the services one month before the actual complition of the yearly cycle which was fully paid for by me, and requested for a INR 500 re fund of the security deposit which I had paid.

To my dismay the services were discontinued how ever i got a letter from Tata Indi com collection lawyer threatning me to pre pay for ther next year as well complete amount of 7490 INR.
on explaining to him that had already requested for the disconnection of the services and do not wish to continue again this year hence no reason to prepay again this year as i do not want there services, i received another letter from him as well as there collection goons started calling me and threatning me that they will burn my house, kidnap me etc etc if i did not pre pay for this year as well.''i am mentally harrsed, tourchered and shocked, pl help me as have never come across such goons in a company which i though was of repute.

look forward to a favourable responce from your end.

I am hoping to get in touch with any authority that can help me.
I had a tata indicom data card number 09223972440; which I had cancelled 8-10 months back due to very poor reception and disagreed to pay the remainder rs.500 of the monthly charge; In spite of the cancellation request, my bill was increased to rs 3500; and i as pressurized almost everyday by TATA customer care, even after explaining every time what the problem was' Today i have received a threat call from TATA indicom worli office from mr. Prakash rana to make the payment immediately or else be ready for the consequences; I do not understand which part of my statement was not understood by the company that it has resorted to making threatening calls to the customers; I had also spoken to the complaint department, but they could not help me; what is my next step?; should i do the payments in order to keep my family safe?
