Some useless human answering machines in the customer care (If you luckily get line to talk to the customer care, after several try). Illiterate customer care executives with zero (000) knowledge, above that never lets you to connect to the supervisor at any cost even if they are wrong.
Existing Customers are the least prioritized in tata indicom broadband. The worst service ever seen in the whole world.
