I have to state that I have purchased the above car from your authorised dealer BHARATAUM MOTORS, DHRUVANAM AUTOMOBILES PVT. of Surat on 30-11-2006. After the purchase the CNG kit was fixed in the said car by the said dealer on [protected]. Thereafter from time to time my vehicle was placed with the said dealer for free services. The 1st service was done on [protected] at 3455 kms. Thereafter 2nd service was done on [protected] at 4682 kms. and lastly the vehicle was placed for 3rd service on [protected] at 12727 kms. at 11.20 a.m.
On the 1st service there were complaints of black smoke, poor pick-up, engine stop at idle speed, petrol consumption with CNG simultaneously etc. The complaints are still not solved up to date.
Every time, when I send the vehicle for service the members of the staff of your dealer behaved very rudely and talk in insulting manner and they pick-up quarrels with my son who visits the work shop of your dealer. They do not do the service of my vehicle properly and when complaining about improper service, they start quarreling.
I made a complaint to the company, in response to which by a telephonic talk I was advised to place the vehicle for service with the said dealer and also sent a letter to me in response to the telephonic talk. Thereafter, your said dealer informed me that his employee would pick-up the vehicle for service from my residence on [protected]. Inspite of that none had come to pick up the vehicle for service on the said date. Thereafter, the dealer again talk with my son on telephone and fixed the date for service which is [protected]. On that day the my son took the vehicle to the work shop of your dealer who told that he had no time on that day and therefore, my son had to come back with the vehicle without service and my son was asked to place the vehicle on [protected]. Thereafter, my son again took the vehicle to the work shop at 10-00 a.m. on [protected] and the staff was instructed to complete the vehicle and deliver the vehicle on the same evening and it was promised so by your dealer. My son also told that if the vehicle cannot be delivered on the same evening he would take back the vehicle and bring it again at his convenience but your dealer promised to deliver the vehicle on the same evening and if, he could not do so, he would arrange for an alternative vehicle till the delivery of my vehicle. Your dealer neither delivered the vehicle on the same evening nor did he fulfill his promise to arrange for alternative vehicle. On [protected] my son went to take the delivery at about 5-00 p.m. but the vehicle was not ready for delivery and the manager of your dealer Mr. Razak Memon picked up the quarrel with my son when he pointed out that there was no washing done with my vehicle and he wanted my son to state on the bill that wash is not done at the instance of my son which my son refused to do and therefore, the said Manager refused to deliver the vehicle to my son. Till 11.00 p.m. the vehicle has not been delivered by the said dealer after the completing the service.
I am not at all satisfied with the mannerless attitude of the said manager of your dealer.
I am advocate and require the vehicle daily for my profession and because of unbusiness like attitude of your dealer, I had to hire a car for my use and you will be resposible to compensate the amount that I may have to spend for hiring the vehicle and I shall also be taking steps for causing mental torture and harassment by your dealer.
