[Resolved] Tata Docomo / Mobile Service / cheating by sucking excess amount from the mobile account in 0.5 paise/seconds plan, chennai

TATA Docomo is taking every opportunity to cheat customers by way of

1. Charging one paisa extra although they claim 0.5 paisa / second. i.e. if your call time is 30 sec they will charge 16 paisa against 15 paisa as well as charge 17 paisa if your calling time is 31 seconds.

2. Charge 10 paisa at a particular intervals in a day i.e. 10 paisa X 10 times in a day if you insert ur card in a smart phone like Nokia E72.

3. charging 73 paisa for a 10 sec. call.

4. Charging 10 paisa/call if you call anyone even if the other party has never picks up the call.

5. They will call us from a +911 number and if we pickup, we hear a ring tone as if we call somone and when you cut they charge 60 to 90 paisa.

They will be changing their startegy between 1 to 5 on a day today basis and suck your money from your mobile card.

So all are requested to monitor the balance after every call and dial the balance (if the balance is Rs.120.46, dial 12046 and cut it as soon as possible to keep it remain in the dialled list)and report the cheating acts to the TRAI(as of now I feel it is only a rubber stamp organisation, not taking any action against the erring operators)apart from posting the same in complaints board.

    Customer care service did everything in their power to resolve this complaint. All attempts to contact the complainant have failed. Therefore, this complaint has been annulled and must not be considered where image of the company in question and it's services are concerned.

    everyday my account has been deducting i made a query about this with customer care there was no response if u have any problem i broke my sim and send to docomo care
