[Resolved] Tata Docomo / [protected]

sir,
1. I am recharge with RC-46 on 18-02-13 for call rate 1.2p/2 Sec validity 12 week but now my call rate is 1.2p/1s. my promo is stop between 8 or 9 week ( it is for 12 week).
2. i received a sms " full se vi jata talk time RC 55 me 65 with life time validity " on 27 Apr 13.
i am recharge with 55 on same date but No talk time credit my account.
3. i am contact to customer care approx 10 to15 time, and received a call from [protected] number (tata docomo care) on 01 may 13 but my problem is not solve.
please cheek and solve it
