Hello, I wanted to file a complaint against one of your employee named Pankaj Mhatre (from Mumbai/navi Mumbai office) for the Fraudulent act in Olx app, by selling fake items at a huge price (claiming it is authentic and real). I am reaching out here because you this person may be a part of much larger scam that I don't wish anyone should go through.

Devang Pandey from TCS under the Ministry of External Affairs at Passport Office has agreed to sell his Amazon Fire TV Stick for Rs.1300. He told me that product is ready for the parcel. He has also sent the snap of the parcel. He asked me for complete payment. when I didn't agree. he sends me his employee id and passport snaps and asked for 50 percent amount before courier and 50% amount after I received the courier. Hence I transferred Rs.500 to his bank account on 9th July'21 at 10:19 pm. After receiving the amount, he confirmed to me in a WhatsApp message that the next day he will courier the product. On 10th July'21, he blocked me on WhatsApp and not taking my calls. When I access olx from another number, he was selling the same product at a higher price to another number. I have officially raised a complaint to OLX and Cyber Cell Police.

I attended an Interview from TCS and i got an email as well as a call that i am selected and they wanted me to submit my documents upon submitting them they did not responded and while chasing them for more than 2 months they are now saying i did not cleared my Technical round.
The name of the HR who confirmed me was SajithL he is not picking the call nor responding to email. I even tried contacting [protected]@tcs.com there is no response from them as well for 2 months now they are saying that i didnot cleared my technical round.

Consulting this guy to verify this guy and to get your company name good well..

Tcs is not providing skill certificate to expats / Tcs Alumini.

This skill certificate is needed is needed by many companies for filing work permit / permanent residency in specific country.

And Tcs is ignoring this by not responding to the queries.

Tcs claims to be issuing skill certificate in a specific format which does not suffice to put more descriptive summary of Job Duties, Roles & responsibilities

Hey I'm suraj I'm attended the interview on 26th February 2020 for bpo supporter, the morning shift interview was good but the remaining interviewer waited for a long time they are rejected very fastly as they have spent more time many of the question are asked which should be asked in tcs smart hiring but they asked to hard question which is not applicable to this post
Sorry for inconvenience but interview are not taked seriously once the time is getting out so my humble request to sir that give every person equality don't be judge fast

Bpo cab service peoples are not following some regulated rules of TCS. Night shift peoples, on their drop asking cab drivers to stop vehicle in front of hotel. It's not fair to stop vehicles when women are there in cab. No one reporting this . Need to take some action on this if possible.since I am not tcs employee i found this place to inform my concern

I am writing this email to save professional & personnel life of many employees working in TCS BPO, gurugram site.Bhawna Datta is is my ex-colleague from my previous organisation. In the beginning has a habit of showing herself as the only earning member for a family of 4 and that also without a male as her father passed away couple of years ago. Initially she looks like a happy to go lucky girl who is unlucky in her life and than you want to help her. So after sometimes she would start flirting with you if she thinks you have money to give it to her. When I met her at first she looked as an innocent, hardworking and unlucky girl. I wanted to help her and she knew it as well. Now here comes the twist as she already had a boyfriend named Rahul in the same office but she still flirted with me secretly and I used to give her money at times for her emotional blackmailed reasons. She showed me that she was deep into me so I could help her more. She said she is trying hard to have a break up from her boyfriend but in reality she has taken more than 50k from him and she dint want to loose him because of money. Now when she left our office than she started ignoring my calls and blocked me for no reason and I came to know from one of my friend working in TCS with her that she already have made a new boyfriend apart from me and rahul. Thereafter I started digging deep and found their were multiple people in our office who were helping her with one or the other favour and she was flirting with all of them secretly. To my surprise there was this ultrathin looking northeastern guy who was around 40, looked like her uncle and she still flirted with him. To my surprise in our office two guys were fighting for her for no reason and another guy left his job following her to TCS and joined the company.
Here I want to highlight that because of bhawna either some employees were not able to concentrate at work which impacted their work big time and spoiled a bit of environment inside office. This year in August when I spoke to her, she wanted 40k for some professional course so even I dint want to give it to her but seeing her poor financial status I agreed to give her ₹5k at first which she said would return me in first week of September. Now later on I came to know after few days she went to Hrishikesh with her friends and blocked me when I asked for my money.
I have come to know that she is playing same game with few employees in TCS and one of them is a supervisor in same process. If no one can take any action against her than at least employees should be educated about her little secret game so that unlike my previous company she would not able to enjoy hard earn money of TCS employees and most importantly work environment and lives of tcs employees can be saved.

Hi All, this is Kate. This complain is regarding to my lost maternity documents from 2015. I worked in TCS from Oct. 29, 2014 and just recently resigned last June 13, 2019. When I was about to get my final pay and other documents like COE, quitclaim and etc., the HR Representative, Ms. Ma. Concepcion Ramos, tells me that I'm still pending in their system because of my maternity documents. I told her that I already submitted that before to Ms. Jennifer Lobio, the HR Manager that time (see attached picture signed by her) and I also signed to their logbook confirming that they received my documents.

Ms. Ramos tells me that they can't find it and I need to submit it again. However, that's not possible because the doctor that needs to sign my documents is no longer stays in the Philippines.

I need a proper action regarding to their negligence. As I'm already resigned but they're still holding my final pay.

The complaint is about the employee named Santhosh Lekkala (Employee Id: 1522680) working in TCS(Tata Consultancy Services), Nirlon Knowledge Park, Mumbai.
Prior to joining TCS, he has no experience but joined TCS by adding fake experience in his resume. This candidate was selected by TCS without proper background verification process as somebody from inside TCS is helping him.
Can you please verify the credentials of "Santhosh Lekkala" and kindly request you to take appropriate action. You can just verify any of the companies listed in his resume to see if he has worked any of those companies.

BGV team of TCS simply take employees job with lame excuses. I won't brief much people should know how these nothing good for anything team work. I was working in TCS from 2015 to 2018 as BA. My BGV was positive in 2015 when I joined, since I changed my contractor company but was working in same location and project, after 3 months Tcs Rmg informed my BGV was negative, I checked with my contractor and they said there is no issue with my documents and they will check with Kalyan, who the BGV team lead, it took more than a month but they didn't get any information from Kalyan. I went to BGV team office and found that my first company address has been changed and there is further detail and BGV marked negative. I called my first company manager in front of them and he said they already sent the acknowledged mail to Tcs which BGV team accepted and the company still running. Nobody contacted me or my manager to get the new address and simply took my job. I updated them the new address and they said the case will re open but it's more than 20 days I didn't get any reply from them. Highly disappointed experience with TCS BGV team.

The complaint is about the employee named Yagneswaran working in TCS IT Park, Siruseri, Chennai.

The requirement for the job opening in TCS was for Oracle PL/SQL Programming during Oct 2006 and he showed 3 years and 8 months in it which was fake.

Prior to joining TCS in mid of Nov 2006, he worked in Tech Mahindra, Pune from 1st week of April 2006 to 2nd week of June 2006 on contract basis for a consultant in Mumbai. He hardly worked there for 2 months and was jobless for about five months before joining TCS. But even for that jobless period from mid June 2006 to Oct 2006 the consultant gave the experience certificate as if he worked till Oct 2006 in Tech Mahindra.

Prior to joining Tech Mahindra, he worked in a company named Intellilife. There he had not worked in any Oracle PL/SQL related projects.Projects shown under PL/SQL Programming for about 3 years there were fake.

The candidate was selected by TCS without proper background verification process and such kind of people should not be given opportunity to work in big corporate like TCS in the future.

Please look into the matter because tomorrow is the exam and I've still not received my hall ticket without which I may not be able to give the exam.
My all bother batchmates have received their hall tickets.

I am a former TCS employee, I went to meet my old friend and bound to have lunch with her, when we are about tohave lunch, the HR came and told me that the TCS cafeteria is a facility specifically for the TCSer. HR insisted me to leave the cafeteria immediately. I felt it as very inhuman act to do so. Do we really have such rules in TCS.

Note: I had a unpleasant past with the HR management.

I just received an email with an attached interview letter from tcs. They are inviting me to dallas, tx for an interview and ask $968 usd as a security deposit. No company asks you a security deposit for an interview. Please be careful!

I am Rakesh.G, a lady by name Ramya.G had called me stating they are doing back door jobs SHE IS AN HR and i should be paying 10000 as advance.She provided me the bank account number [protected] (SBI account number), The account holder name is Gautham.branch code is sbin0000934. I deposited 10000 to this account on friday 23/05/2014.As they told we will get a mail first from TCS carriers with no interview location details, once they receive the amount i would get the call letter with all details . Her contact number is [protected].Now she has switched off her mobile.I am sure she is an employee of TCS. I have received a mail from TCS carriers, which is not possible to be send by people outside the company.I had even mailed the deposit slip to her. Can some one look into this.
