Tata Conection / Balance deduction

i recharged my phone by the balance of Rs.225/- at 8th May, 2011 and at that period of time get an unlimited talktime plan for TATA to TATA connection. I connected to your customer care number 12525 but they not picking up my call, wt happend i don't know. This is a bull ### service for the customers. I enjoy this service till last evening but now deduction would start automatically. Please activate this service immediately else return my money till evening.
