Targus Manufacturing Company / Refused tp pick up shipping cost for a defective manufactured media storage case
I had to return a storage case which had a factory defect by placing the second half of the sleeves upside down. Spoke with Targus and they wanted me to send it back. I asked for a return label and was informed they couldn't authorize it. Asked for a supervisor and was informed that they will escalate the matter and will receive an email as a respond.
