Target I tried to return a hamilton beach product

I wanted to return a product I bought on January 7th of 2017 because the product is not working. The associate at target said I couldn't return it because it was over the 90 day period. The supervisor even told me the same thing, but I didn't like the way she approached me. Her body language said it all. This target has very bad service at the customer service area. This target is located in Los Angeles, in La Cienega Blvd, and this incident happened on July 16th, 2017. Not only they didn't solve my issue of a product that doesn't work and at the same time have to deal with rude people. The only thing I asked for is if I can get my money back for a product that doesn't work. Target needs to change it's return policy because it's not fair that I have spend thousands of dollars in this retail store and they can't solve this issue. Target prefers to lose a customer than return an item. I am very upset with this store and with the help I didn't received from corporate when I called regarding this issue. It's not my fault that Target sells items that are not going to work after 90 days. Plus, I bought it with my Target card, there's a lot of business I've made with Target in the past. Target juice I bought in the store.

So today I went shopping like the usual. Then my mother asked me if I could buy her and myself a cold drink. So I went and bought both of us two naked juice. We didn't read the expireation date thinking that the workers here are hard working and they will never leave expired stuff. We figured the drinks tasted funny. And we realized after we drank them. Now my mother is really really sick. I just want to make a complaint for the workers in target to start taking their jobs much serious. Thank you

Target customer service

On 14JUL17 we purchased items using the Target Red Card from the Target located at 12200 Blue Valley Pkwy, Overland Park, KS 66213 with the store general manager Courtney. Our card wouldn't run through and we thought it was the issue the store told us they had a few days prior. We tried to explain this to Mrs. Sharon Caldwell, the front lane supervisor and she said very loudly, "No, you're probably over your limit." I then ask to speak with a manager because Mrs. Sharon Caldwell was not listening to us. She said that she was the manager and continued to tell us we must be over the limit. I asked to speak to a different manager and she said she would suspend the transaction and try it at a different machine and that sometimes that is the issue. At this point I was very frustrated because why wouldn't you try that in the first place, instead of yelling that we were over the limit? I said I would like to speak to a different manager, since she continued to be rude. The store manager walked up and he introduced himself as the manager. During the point that we were explaining what was happening Mrs. Sharon Caldwell had then started interjecting into our conversation so I asked her to please leave. She scoffed at me then said as she was walking away she said loudly to another Target cashier that was going to take my picture. She went and retrieved her cell phone where I then turned around and told her if she took my picture or published anything online I was not giving her my consent and will take legal action against her. Speaking with the manager at Target I found out that Mrs. Sharon Caldwell is not a manager at the store, she is a front lanes supervisor. This was incredible inappropriate for any employee from any company to lie about their title when an customer is asking to speak with a manager and for them to retrieve their camera to take a picture of a customer.

Mrs. Sharon Caldwell had no reason as an employee of Target Corporation to go retrieve her electronic device and take a customers picture. I have no idea why she would want to take or posses a picture of myself, however I can only think that it was for intimidation. Having said that, I feel uncomfortable as a customer of Target Corporation with someone who would lie about his or her title as manager and be willing to take a picture of a customer having access to my personal information. I found my experience to be absolutely abhorrent and would like for Mrs. Sharon Caldwell to be removed from her supervisory role at the store. Anyone who would represent a company the way that Mrs. Sharon Caldwell did should not be in a position to train or supervise other employees nor should they have access to customer’s personal information. This was a clear violation of personal privacy and should be acknowledged by Target Corporation.

This reviewer, Sophia M, neglected to mention she was demanding the 5% discount for using the red card even though she was using a different form of payment. When I told her we don't offer the discount unless the red card is used, she flew off the handle and demanded a manager.

Target target kitchen

When first walking into the store, I began to walk into the kitchen area when I saw there was a long line and all of the kitchen workers were sitting down at different tables not servicing the people in line. I decided to instead go to the kitchen after I finished mu shopping. When I returned to the kitchen to purchase popcorn I was informed that they had run out of popcorn even though it was only 4 in the afternoon. I was very disappointed with Tatget and their kitchen area.

Target baby registration

So I don't know why target makes it pretty much impossible to make a URL link to continue to do my registry. It won't let u continue without it and nothing I seem to put is valid for your website. It should not be that hard and I am not going to be making a registry with target. Also now saying that my complaint is too short how ridiculous is this website! And now I have to sign up to process this dam complaint ! Everything is way to complicated on here. Very stressful and annoying I will be writing a bad review.

Target up & up infant gas drops

Contains milk and soy! Which my baby is very allergic too. Nothing in or on the packaging/bottle states that it contains milk or soy. You have to contact target and wait for them to respond in order to find out the actual ingredients. So thanks the the months of bloody, mucuousy poop and a screaming baby in pain - while I beat myself up thinking I was eating something wrong.

Target registry gift

I went to two different targets today on July 12, 2017 to register for my upcoming baby shower. First, i went to the target on Redondo beach, Gardena California. The girl on duty at customer service at around 8pm was very rude and unhelpful! I asked her where to go to register for a baby shower and she told me to use the tablets they had available. I went to the tablets only to find out the only two they had don't work. I let her know they weren't working and she said to just register on my phone. When i started creating my registry list i asked her for help and she told me just to follow the directions blowing me off. When i asked her about the registry gift bag she just said, "oh were out!"
I decided to not argue about it and just drove to another target that would help me. I next went to the target on Hawthorne 120th street which also did not have working tablets! To add the cherry to the top they also didn't have the welcome gift bags! Im very disappointed that i drove to two different targets that were not helpful and did not have working tablets or the welcome gift bag! If i wanted to register from my phone i would have done so, i went for the experience that i would get To look at the baby stuff and receive a welcome gift bag! I have 100 plus guest that will be attending my shower that will buy my babies stuff at target which is more business for your company but yet your trained employees were rude, your tablets didn't work and you have no welcome gift bags! If my business at your company is not appreciated i will just take my money and my 100 plus guest that will be buying my shower stuff else where, where i will get Better customer care and help! Very disappointed with your business!

Target food avenue/starbucks in waynesboro, va

There are bugs crawling up the wall today inside Starbucks. My pizza smelled like throw up and industrial cleaner from Food Avenue. The health department should be called immediately!

I expect better from a Target, especially in Waynesboro. How does the store manager not see this? It's right up front! This is getting to be far to common at this store!

A month ago there were ants crawling from the counter to a window some 10 feet away. I watched the Barista clean it up, and the ants come back. A manager came over (beard guy), and asked Starbucks to clean it up. He didn't call an exterminator, just insisted the Barista (Allie?) was at fault.

The Store Manager, Allen, was approached and the Barista today was blown off. This happened in front of me, very discretely. The flies are getting horrible as well.

Please fix, as soon as humanly possible.

Target shoes size

I'm so disappointed with your service! A few weeks ago I bought some sandals and went to the store to pick them up. Those sandals were Suppose to be a gift for someone that is not in the United States. I bought the size 6 and today, the person called me telling me the sandals that I sent it to her, were size 7.5
This situation makes me really mad and disappointed with your horrible service. Giving something to a costumer without verifying if it's in good conditions and if it's the right product it's so unprofessional .

Target cashier

I was at the Fairview Park, OH Target store tonight and this cashier, Marilyn, on register 13 was one of the worst cashiers I've encountered. She had an issue with one customer and was a bit argumentative with her. Finally it got resolved and I thought the line would get moving... I was wrong. It took well over 20 mins for me to get through the line with 2 people in front of me. This was due to the fact the Marilyn was having a full on conversation with each customer as she barely paid any attention to doing her job. She had absolutely no regard for the other customers in line. Very irritating and unpleasant experience. This is not the kind of job that you you should be carrying on long conversation with people, unless your a good multitasker, which she was not.

Target payment plans

I am going thru financial hardship and last year I was able to set up a plan but wasn't informed it was only good for a year. Well, the hardship is still ongoing and when I called to try to get on another payment set up so that I could continue to make on time payments I was told i was ineligible for any help, but no one will tell me what makes me ineligible. So target would rather not get the money instead of helping someone out so that they could afford their payments and not get further and further behind ruining their credit. It doesn't make me want to shop at target ever again. I want to know what is target going to do to fix the flaw in their system and make it so people who can't afford the minimum payments are able to get on a plan that they can afford. You should actually talk to Synchrony Bank because they are more helpful and work with their consumers to get plans that they can afford, there are no hoops you have to jump thru. Also, when some calls and wants to speak with a supervisor there should always be one available. If the call center is open there should NEVER be a time when one isn't available and a customer should NEVER be told the they will have to wait 24 to 48 hours to talk to one. That is unexceptable and disgraceful.

Target cashier

Misty and another lady were helping some check out. We got in line and waited for about 3 mins. When the lady in front of was done we moved forward. Misty looked at is and said sorry i can't help you. Not a word before by her or the other lady when we first got in line. YES, they both looked at us and acknowledged us. I said no you will help me, the other lady said ya help them. Not sure if she was in training, but her customer service and people skills need some work.

Target an associate from the optical department

Marlene with the optical department at the Jacksonville, FL Southside BLVD location was extremely rude. I purchased two pair of glasses for my children and Marlene did not ask if I had insurance, nor did she provide me with a list of lens options. Perhaps because am a yoyoung hispanic women with small children she assumed I must be a single mother on welfare. The associate made was non-engaging, uninformative and lacked customer service skills. This will definitely be the last time I purchase anything from your store. Worse experince ever!

Target up & up pregnancy test-3pm

Life has been hell lately. I have health issues that prevent normal fertility my Husband and I have been trying to conceive for over 2 years and we bought the target test and got 3 positive test we had never been son excited. To find out from the Dr I in fact was not pregnant.. Extremly depressed and heart broken... I foresee a law suit in the near future! No one should ever have to go through such a terrible situation. My heart aches and I am beyond depressed :(

Target stole my money

I went to my local target in Harper Woods, Michigan and the cashier gave me the wrong amount of change. I then let her know and she didn't give me the rest of my money. I will take my business somewhere else from now on. I feel as if some of target's employees need to be evaluated this has happened more than once on multiple occasions. Make your service better!

Target rainy day

It was a very rainy day Saturday July 1, 2017 and we had been waiting at the store for over a hour and we saw a car that had been on the sidewalk parked for over a hour . We decide after multiple employees leaving and coming in not saying anything to said car and many other cars doing the same thing, plus the fact that no one was helping people out, to move our car into the sidewalk to pick up our children as well as the hefty load of grocery. But one of your employees very rudely told us we could not do this. She wasn't very nice about this and didn't explain. Me as a mother believe that there should be a sign and in cases of rainy sistuations there should be assistance by employees or police to control traffic and manage such sistuations. I'm very upset with how this is sistuations was handle. Please fix this. Thank you

Target order number [protected]

This is cynthia williamson and I am not pleased with the order I placed above! When I received the two threshold table lamps I knew they were broke before handling them! BOTH lamps have snapped at the part where the heavy shade and mechanism join.

There was no board game in the box and the packing is a piece of transparent type paper that does absolutely nothing to protect these lamps. Whoever packed this box needs to be disciplined or terminated. I worked as an administrative nurse for years responsible for staff and this person would not be working for me!

These lamps are not even worth returning because they are garbage . Unfixable. I need these lamps, but would hope the next order comes packed properly so they don't bounce all over and bang into each other, and the entire order is complete! I'm so mad right now I am tempted to not ever shop at target again. I expect a return credit to my card and replacements at no charge. Take it out of this packers paycheck.

Please see the photos below. If this is your best employee I feel for you! And where was the supervisor? No follow up?

Target team members being told they can't have water?

My friend works at target and they told me that they weren't allowed to have water bottles without a doctors note. When they're on the floor or at a lane, doesn't matter. And I think that's just ridiculous. Is this legal? I can't imagine that it is. They're a small person and most other people that work with her are small people too. A 90 pound female in 90 degree weather only being able to get water every 2/3 hours is not ok.

Target target - 2 items purchased online can't be returned - deceptive return policies

I purchased 2 bed skirts at target.com, and your customer service refuses to issue me even a store credit for them. I was told in the store, that since they were purchased online i needed to contact customer service and couldn't return them in the store. Then, when i called customer service I was told it was past 90 days and couldn't return them at all even though i offered to pay shipping to ship them back to you. I see that you are still selling these items online and this makes no sense to me at all. I was not properly informed of this policy when i purchased these items and if i was, i wouldn't have purchased them to begin with. This is a very deceptive policy, everything is so easy to buy online, but then when you need to deal with returns, you are left out in the cold. Both items weren't used at all. I am returning them because they are of inferior quality and you can see right through them making them look very cheap. Perhaps that is why this return policy exists? So customers are stuck with these terrible items? All i want is a credit to my Target card.
