Target rainy day

It was a very rainy day Saturday July 1, 2017 and we had been waiting at the store for over a hour and we saw a car that had been on the sidewalk parked for over a hour . We decide after multiple employees leaving and coming in not saying anything to said car and many other cars doing the same thing, plus the fact that no one was helping people out, to move our car into the sidewalk to pick up our children as well as the hefty load of grocery. But one of your employees very rudely told us we could not do this. She wasn't very nice about this and didn't explain. Me as a mother believe that there should be a sign and in cases of rainy sistuations there should be assistance by employees or police to control traffic and manage such sistuations. I'm very upset with how this is sistuations was handle. Please fix this. Thank you

Target order number [protected]

This is cynthia williamson and I am not pleased with the order I placed above! When I received the two threshold table lamps I knew they were broke before handling them! BOTH lamps have snapped at the part where the heavy shade and mechanism join.

There was no board game in the box and the packing is a piece of transparent type paper that does absolutely nothing to protect these lamps. Whoever packed this box needs to be disciplined or terminated. I worked as an administrative nurse for years responsible for staff and this person would not be working for me!

These lamps are not even worth returning because they are garbage . Unfixable. I need these lamps, but would hope the next order comes packed properly so they don't bounce all over and bang into each other, and the entire order is complete! I'm so mad right now I am tempted to not ever shop at target again. I expect a return credit to my card and replacements at no charge. Take it out of this packers paycheck.

Please see the photos below. If this is your best employee I feel for you! And where was the supervisor? No follow up?

Target team members being told they can't have water?

My friend works at target and they told me that they weren't allowed to have water bottles without a doctors note. When they're on the floor or at a lane, doesn't matter. And I think that's just ridiculous. Is this legal? I can't imagine that it is. They're a small person and most other people that work with her are small people too. A 90 pound female in 90 degree weather only being able to get water every 2/3 hours is not ok.

Target target - 2 items purchased online can't be returned - deceptive return policies

I purchased 2 bed skirts at target.com, and your customer service refuses to issue me even a store credit for them. I was told in the store, that since they were purchased online i needed to contact customer service and couldn't return them in the store. Then, when i called customer service I was told it was past 90 days and couldn't return them at all even though i offered to pay shipping to ship them back to you. I see that you are still selling these items online and this makes no sense to me at all. I was not properly informed of this policy when i purchased these items and if i was, i wouldn't have purchased them to begin with. This is a very deceptive policy, everything is so easy to buy online, but then when you need to deal with returns, you are left out in the cold. Both items weren't used at all. I am returning them because they are of inferior quality and you can see right through them making them look very cheap. Perhaps that is why this return policy exists? So customers are stuck with these terrible items? All i want is a credit to my Target card.

Target employees

My friend and myself were shopping when we got up to check out, the pair of toddler boots that were marked 10% percent off was not ringing up correctly. The cashier did not know what to do so she got help. The man then told my friend who was purchasing the item that he could give it to her this time. My friend told them that she wasn't understanding what he was talking about they had a clearance sticker on them. They gave her the 10% percent off. As we were walking up to the customer service counter to finish her return she previously had the girl said on her headset we were switching tags. I work in a retail store. So I know the process. She clearly sterotyped my friend and didn't have her facts right. I'm upset over this. Don't accuse some one for doing something if you don't know the facts. She clearly needs more training on issues like this. I will not be shopping at this store. And my friend is clearly upset.

Target clothes

I bought a shirt at Target and thought it was cute when I bought it and so soft. I wear it all the time. but with in a year of having it it had a tare in the sleeve! I only wash twice a week and only because I wear so much but it got a tare because the material used was so soft so I take it back and they say returns are only given in six mnths and it is been over a year but it didnt it was only a year and a month so they wont offer me money back or a new shirt! I couldn't believe it and it was a rip off! I need to shop at target sometimes but i dont want to because they are rip off and dont care for there customer!

Target target.com

About a month ago I ordered a computer from target.com for my daughters bday and it was shipped to my old address rather than my new one (Despite the fact that I personally changed both my billing and default address on their website). I called customer service the moment I noticed their mistake, and was given the run-around by their representatives, who ultimately told me that there was nothing they could do and I basically needed to figure it out for myself. I contacted the post office as well as ups who both said that target would need to contact them, since they were the sender. Seemed logical; however when I re-contacted target, they disagreed and refused to even attempt to help me. Now the computer has been delivered to a home that I don't live in, across the country. I have been hoping that it was delivered to an honest family who returned it back to target or told the mailman it was incorrectly delivered but I seem to be out of luck there too. Now I am out over $200 because of target.com's incompetence and unwillingness to help and try to fix their mistake. I am absolutely disgusted. Any ideas of what I can do?

Target how the store is

I walked in pratville alabama store it is the most racist store i have ever shoped at its no black people work there the employees follow you around like you want to steal because you are black it is a bad experience i will never go back there.no one even welcomed us but all the white people was greeted at the door.Every isle i went on i was been watched i couldnt even shop comfortable people was moving away from us like we had a bad infection something needs to be done about this store or it will be shut down soon

Target checkout bais

I shop at the Greenvalley pkwy store in Henderson. Over time I notice the cashiers Who I'm told is supposed to check all the carts, don't find it necessary until they come to me in line. They pack and hand all the white customers their bags thank them and send them on their way without checking the carts. When they get to me, An African-American woman they do not hand me my bags but keep them behind the counter until after I've paid, picked them up and walked them around the counter to put them in my cart so they can check it. I've complained to the manager before about this discriminatory behavior. It happened again yesterday as I watched the white customer in front of me get handed her bags and then watched her walk around the counter with mine. I've decided the best thing to do would be to just shop at Walmart from now on. Why give my money to people who behave this way.

Target gay pride in the store

I can't believe I walked into one of my favorite stores to see gay pride items all around and right where you walk in and even in the dollar bins!
Shame on you! There so much junk out in the world as it is and my children and grandchildren don't need this from the store we USED TO go and buy their toys.
Shame and disappointment!
Please take those item away and make a family friendly store again.

Target rainbow pro-gay signing

I walked into the target in Montclair ca to discover they had signs and hashtag signs in rainbow colors promoting homosexuality. You want me to take my kids in there and think this ok? Now I guess you take a stand for homosexuality because you are making signs with hashtags to support gay rights activities? I was so offended

And employees wearing rainbow t shirts?

I'll bet Walmart doesn't have those signs.

Target gift cards

I purchased an ipone 7 from Target store in Flushing, NY on 5/30/17, as part of smart phone promotion, Target gave me a $100 gift card, gift card # [protected]. The process of purchasing iPhone 7 was absolutely awful, many issues had happened during purchase - Target staff could not locate sim card, iPhone barcode could not scan properly, etc, it cost me almost 4 hours to complete the purchase phone transaction!

Anyway, I confirmed on 6/1/17 that the promotion gift card balance was $100. However, when I tried to make an online purchase on 6/1/17, target.com told me that balance of gift card is $0. I called Target gift card service [protected] and the 1st rep did not know why balance was $0, kept me on hold for more than 15 minutes to transfer me to another investigation team, 2nd rep Kirby told me that it appears someone in Connecticut got a hold of the gift card and made a purchase in Stamford Connecticut Target store on 6/1/17.

It is absolutely absurd situation. The gift card is always at my wallet in my physical possession, I do not understand why someone else could possibly made a purchase by this card. Target rep Kirby told me he can only submit a request for a replacement gift card to be mailed to my address; but such request is subject to another team's approval so it is not guaranteed it can be approved. He could only give me a reference number [protected] for our phone conversation that I reported fraudulent usage of my gift card. He also recorded I have the issuing gift card receipt with transaction code and receipt code, that I have absolutely proof that I am the rightful owner of gift card.

This whole situation is just shows how vulnerable and how inefficient of Target's store and gift card security control, extreme lack of fraud prevention, does not do sufficient job to protect customer against fraudulent activities, causing the rightful owner of gift card to suffer the loss.

I received a gift card (secured/protected. When I scratched and checked the balance it reflected zero and used one time in a different state. How can that be possible? Target should do something about this cause looking at the comments, it didn't happen only to me and it wasn't the first time.

I have been waiting a week for an email from the resolution department regarding a $150 gift card I purchased that reflected a $0 balance when being used. I called and they were able to document the receipt and confirmation of funds being taken from my debit card for the purchase, yet I have to wait for an email to see what the next step is. I’ve contacted them twice about this as I gave the gift card to my niece as a baby shower gift. I was told I would receive an email from the resolution dept in 2-3 days. It’s been 7 days and still no email. This very embarrassing to hear my niece was at the store and the card did not work. It is completely ridiculous that they still have my $150 and will not refund me or put the funds already paid for on to the card. Such bad customer service!

Target men's room

Saturday night June 3rd approximately 10pm i went to Target in Largo fl. 33771. I was prepared to spend $3 or $400.00 as I have in the past. Well I needed to use the rest room as I had an urge for #2. So I rushed in and the Men's Bathroom was DISGUSTING, But I had to go immediately so I flushed what was already sitting in the far toilet and did my business only to find out there's NO TOILET PAPER. OMG how Embarrassing It was to come out with my shorts SOILED. So I informed the Manager Jennifer C. and only left with a Vacuum cleaner but wanted to buy much more But my shorts were SOILED and wet. I'm hoping you will Pay for my shorts since I threw them out. Also I have pictures ready to put on Facebook but I'll hold off and wait for Target to Compensate my dignity.

Target 5 fin oil heater

Thank you Target Parramatta NSW Australia for ruining our evening! Horrible customer service! Didn't expect this from a known retailer like you!

We bought the 5 fin oil heater late last evening and were absolutely disappointed since it simply failed to heat up our bedroom even though we kept it on for the whole night!

Not even 24 hours apart, we went to the store in Parramatta Westfield (where we bought the heater) to EXCHANGE the product as we were not satisfied with its service.

The customer care manager didn't even have the slightest courtesy to listen to our issue, forget giving us an exchange of product!

We returned the product, in the exact way it was packaged when we bought it but apparently, the store policy refuses to take the product if it's "NOT FAULTY"! A heater not heating up a small bedroom and not serving its purpose doesn't vouch for an exchange! RIDICULOUS!

What upset us more was the way the store manager spoke to us, without the slightest courtesy and grace! An absolute shame for a store like this! Never expected!

Hope to get a fair deal on this ASAP!

Target flyer mailed to my home

This week I received a Target flyer in the mail advertising only baby merchandise.

As a woman with no children, who is currently in the midst of fertility treatments trying to become pregnant - I am very upset and pretty disgusted at receiving this in the mail.

Who decides where such specific flyers are sent? Did I check a box somewhere that made me 'qualify' to receive this advertisement? I'm pretty sure I did not.

This was extremely careless and insensitive.

I am sure target spent millions of dollars to research billions of people to find you, and find out you are taking fertility treatments, then they sent you this ad. Of course you are one of the liberal idiots in this country that think the world revolves around you and this was done on purpose. What a loser. Target up & up anticavity mouthwash products currently marketed (2)

I have tried both of your up&up anticavity mouthwash products and find them both very disgusting as follows:
1. the purple up&up one tastes terrible & the purple color is a turnoff!
2. the mint flavor up&up listerine total clone, although a 100% improvement on no. 1 still tastes terrible (a poor attempt at mint flavor) and the color though not as bad as the purple one is still an unappealing turnoff!
I try to use the up&up brands whenever I can to save money but I will not be using either of these products unless you can come up with an anticavity mouthwash with the same or similar look and taste approaching the blue arctic mint appearance and flavor like that of listerine ultraclean arctic mint or your up&up generic non alcoholic arctic mint clone of that product which I am currently using but would like it to also be anticavity!
Request/suggestion: Please either replace products 1 or 2 with an arctic mint blue mouthwash or add the anticavity feature to your currently existing up&up blue arctic mint non-alchololic mouth wash asap. Either change will greatly increase the marketability and sales of your up&up anticavity mouthwash. Thanks in advance for whatever you can do to help me and your current and potentially new up&up anticavity mouthwash customers out!

Target customer service/mishandling of a situation

I had purchased 2 pairs of items which were $5 Gift Card Eligible each. After the associate scanned the first 2 items, he handed me Gift Card. I noticed it said "Happy Birthday" as opposed to the Target logo you usually receive. I questioned if this was the right one. He said yes. After scanning the other 2 eligible items, he gave me another card with a different design. I again questioned if these were the correct cards. He said yes. I put them in my wallet, still wondering why I received these, thinking maybe they were using different cards now. When he was done scanning my items, I pulled the cards out of my wallet again, wondering if he gave me the correct thing. He said, "Do you want to use those?" I questioned if I could, since you usually have to wait for a different transaction. He said yes. I thought maybe the policy had changed, but it seemed strange. So I gave him the cards, and he said "They don't work. There is no money on them." I told him they were the ones he had just given me. He said, no, I already had them in my wallet, which I did not. I said that I though he gave me the cards in error, and not the $5 cards he should have, and he denied this. I said, "Sir, I think you made a mistake." Our discussion became heated and another associate called the manager. When I tried to explain what happened, the manager denied that Raj could have given me the wrong cards since they do not keep these in the register. However, I was thinking he could have gotten them from somewhere, and either purposely given them to me or gave them to me by mistake. The point is, I never received the correct cards. The manager said they would have to check the security cameras. He came back with a security person, essentially telling me Raj gave me cards which I put in my wallet. True, but they were the wrong cards. The manager and security refused to believe me. At this point, people are staring and I am feeling like a criminal, not a customer. He told me I could check the cameras myself, but the cameras don't lie. I said that I had put the cards in my wallet, after Raj said they were the right ones, but in essence they were not. On the monitor, I saw that Raj had scanned 2 $5 gift cards, but they were not in my possession. In retrospect, I should have emptied my purse right there, but I was so rattled, I could not think at this point. I am a regular customer of this store, a teacher, a mother of 2, and and upstanding and well-known citizen in our community. I have never been treated so poorly or been so embarrassed. To make a point that i was not trying to get additional cards, I said to take off 1 each of the eligible items. I still received a $5 card after they re-scanned by items. But this is not about the money. It is about the poor treatment of a regular, honest Target customer. The manager was very rude and non apologetic. I am looking only for an apology and for someone to look into the actions today and other actions of these 2 employees. I cannot say for sure, but something "not right" appeared to be going on with these Gift Cards on the part of the associate. Or maybe he made an honest mistake, maybe scanning them, putting them back in the drawer and grabbing wrong cards? I do not know, and this is not for me to say. But 2.5 hours after this incident, I am still rattled and upset that my couple of hours to myself on Mother's Day were tainted this way.53154

Target st paul leather platform bed-white-eco dream

I bought this frame a year ago to be used in my guest bedroom. I am enclosing pictures of how the frame shattered along with the several of the slats after use.

This bed has only been recently used by anyone other than my beagle and cat who like to lie in the sun in the mornings on the bed. My son and his wife were on the bed when it collapsed during their sleep.

I am very disappointed in the disintegration of this bed frame after minimal use. I feel like you should reimburse me for the cost of this very inferior and faulty bed frame!

Target self checkout

While I was at self check out today at target for some reason the supervising lady was physically two feet away from me until I finished my transaction, while I began to ring up my stuff she was pretty neutral towards me until I started talking to my toddler in Spanish as soon as she heard me she stayed by my side until I rung up everything, paid for it and walked out the door. While she was so close to me and in my personal space she made my anxiety increase significantly I hadn't ever had that problem at target until today ! I'd appreciate it if as a whole team target create a fundamental standard to not racially discriminate against any human being because I felt attacked !

Target delivery method

This is not to complain about product but to complaint regarding the company you chose to have a partnership with for delivering your packages. FedEx is very poor at delivering your larger products on time or at all. I have place multiple complaints to FedEx with no resolve. I have received damaged packages as well. Please utilize UPS or a company that is not as subpar as FedEx.
