Target target tractor trailer driver

A Target tractor trailer truck driver purposefully blocked the left lane by maintaining the same speed (as much as 20 mph below the posted speed limit) as another truck traveling in the right lane. The incident occurred on I66 between mile marker 6 and mile marker 13 between 10:15pm and 10:30pm on Wednesday June 27, 2018. The incident went on for approximately 4-5 miles and there was no attempt by the Target truck driver to pass or move behind the truck in the right lane even on down hill portions of the route.
Apparently, the driver was trying to agitate the drivers of cars that wanted to travel at the posted speed limit of 70 mph.
I don't know if you can identify the driver by the description above however he should be reprimanded and reminded of proper driver etiquette, especially since he is representing your company!

Target lgbt pride month

Since target stores have been releasing lgbt+ products during pride month I have always enojoyed going to pick out and buy some of them since I am part of the community and it makes me feel more included in society now that the lgbt community is recognized. This location has failed to put out any of these products for 2 years in a row and has made me a member of the lgbt community feel separated from the society and community I live as well as the disappointment in being unable to purchase lgbt+ items for pride month as it is part of who I am. I would hope to see a change in the future because personally I know many lgbt members who live in the area and have also been disappointed in being unable to purchase lgbt+ products during pride month. All in all i'm reaching out so that the company makes sure they are having their product out of everyone to feel included as well as help make the company a profit.

Target hair care products

I was shopping for hair care products for my hair type at one of the Target Store locations in Rivergate area (Madison, TN ). I circled the hair care isles for 10 minuets looking for products such as Carols Daughters, Shea moisture and, tgin. I finally located a sales associate and she pointed me to a location on one of the back walls in the store. There was no sign indicating that they were hair care products. I was shocked to see these products isolated, as if they are not hair care products. I decided to video the isle of products, so that I could compare how other hair care products that are used for biracial or African Americans are placed on isle in other stores.

Target used gift card, they charged credit card

Bought carpet shampooer with gift cards sent them screenshots of transaction. In fact discovered items in my account I did not order. In fact some sent to house. Store return not honored though within time
During negotiations, target wiped out years of history
Next, target had auto billing. They did not inform members that we had to sign up again. Spoke to supervisor in local store. Happened to her too. I was never late .
I provided proof I used Target gift cards. In end back to square one. I could hear them laughing in background. I called corporate first.
Spent hours looking for screenshots as they were not in correct folder.
Fyi they were hacked. I was a victim. I knew as I saw many items I did not on my account. In fact they were not on my monthly bills after denied return at store called the online dept (waited hour) informed postage paid would be mailed. Never received
I have xxxx large Halloween pants among other items I did not order. Others went to another person. Some were on bill others were not.
They have added finance charges to the shampooer I bought for about 150$. If I had been aware of the absence of auto pay and debit to my credit card, would have returned it rather than prove my point
In fact store credit cards have less protection than bank/credit union, higher interest rate. Avoid.

Target I am complaining about an employee

I went to target to make a purchase of two items in the self-check out area, I couldn't afford one. I asked an employee for assistance. She suspended the item I didn't want. I received the money back. I made a purchase of the second item I had, she came to me with an attitude saying you can't do returns here, you have to go to the front desk, I didn't know where the front desk was. I decided to have her suspend everything and get all my money back. I was upset and i decided to leave, then she stopped me yelling are you not gonna purchase i not purchasing, she said you need to got to the front desk to suspend everything. I went and returned everything and recieved all my money back and left the store.

Target archer brand organic colombian blend coffee pods

I have a Hamilton Beach Flex Single-Serve Coffee Maker. It worked just fine with various coffee pods until I tried to make a cup with my recently purchased Archer Organic Columbian Blend pod. All I got was clear hot water. This morning I tried the Archer brand again and again got only clear hot water. Yes, I pressed the pod firmly into the coffee maker part. No, when I removed the pod it had not begun to release its coffee grounds even though my coffee maker had pierced the pod cup.

Target native union brand lightning charger cord for apple device faulty after a week

I live in Trinidad and Tobago's and visited ft lauderdale on vacation from the 4th -11th of May 2018 on the 10th of May I visited target at sawgrass mall branch and purchased two iPhone apple certified chargers Belkin brand and native union brand chargers I came back to Trinidad and Tobago and started to use the chargers both of them for the first two days they worked perfectly plugged into the Apple original charging port by the 3rd day which would be 15th of May I plugged my device into the native union charge cord and it started flashing as seen in the video when unplugged I noticed the entire charge port on the device was black and several of the connectors were burnt as shown in the pictures attached ...these charge cords are supposed to be Apple certified therefore supposed to last I am very disappointed as it didn't even last a week with normal usage the belkin brand cord works perfectly ...I'm hoping to get a replacement or some

Target staff

Went to Target today and walked out with 1 less bag. So I drove back and walked into the store and there was an employee, ' I said may I ask a quick question, I left a bag. She looked at me and said' I'm not on the clock. ' I said seriously. She repeated herself and turned around in walked away. I was in shock. Found my bag, went to my car and called store manager BEB. I told him my story and ' ha said employees off the clock aren't allowed to help guests.. I told him I am a nurse at a local hospital and if him or his family walked in my hospital bleeding, heart attack I would never turn my back on you. Because you could die. That's a dumb rule as I wasn't looking for organic soap. I'm so upset about how the manager handled it. Bad, horrible guest service

Target poor customer service

Yesterday which was mother's day I stopped at this Batavia Target on my way to Rochester. My purpose for going in the store was to return an nyx eyeliner the item was $7 and it was still in the box and I had my receipt. When the girl waited on me to return it she had a little attitude. She ripped the tape off the bottom of the box and ripped the box and took the eyeliner out. Then she's looking at the eyeliner looking at the box and the receipt she must have done this about 5 times. Until I finally asked her if she has an issue and she's claimed no. When she went to hand me my receipt back from the item I told her I shouldn't have to be made to feel like a criminal over a pitiful $7 item that I had in it's original packaging a d had the receipt for and I asked to speak to a manager which she refused to call one up. So I walked through the whole store and I couldn't find one employee on the sales floor until I reached the food department. I walked up to the employee asking her to please call a manager and she whispered something in her walkie talkie and after waiting 5 minutes some guy walks up to me claiming he's a manager. So I told her how nasty the girl at the service desk was and he acted like oh well what do I want him to do about it and acted all offended because I said anything about the precious little service desk girl. Then I looked at his nametag which said new team member so I asked to speak with a real manager and he kept claiming he was one. When I walked away he proceeded to follow me through the aisles and walked on my butt the whole time. So when I reached the kids clothes I saw another girl working the floor so I asked her to please call a real manager then the same guy who was stalking and following me came running up still claiming he's a manager when he's clearly not. All he was, was a little new team member but noone of importance. He then told me to "get out of his store" which was pathetic he's taking claim on the buisness like he owns the place. Then as I was leaving he proceeded to follow me to the exit and was stalking me and gauking at me through the sliding glass doors so I kindly flipped him off and told him i'm calling corporate. As soon as I got to the car I called and made a complaint with corporate about him and the nasty girl at the service desk. I don't need some nasty attitude from some little entitled punk who probably works at target a couple days a week to fund his partying. I have been shopping at all the target stores in the buffalo ny and surrounding areas for years and i've been a target credit card holder for 2 years. But after this horrendous experience I will think twice before I spend a dime in any target store because I don't need the nasty treatment. And 2 their employees at this particular target are not even dressed in the proper target uniform colors a lot of the employees were wearing blue jeans and red t-shirts when clearly all the Buffalo stores wear khaki pants and red shirts so that was another faux pas about this store. But what can you expect from Batavia AKA Hicksville. The employees all look like hicks from the sticks at this location

Target parking and messy store

I used to love Target. Now when I come to shop I have to circle the parking lot several times to find a parking spot. 8 shipt spots are reserved taking up valuable prime parking. As a customer that likes to shop in person this is infuriating. Not once has a spot reserved for shipt been utilized during one of my trips. Why make it harder for your loyal shoppers to come in and shop. Also, the store is becoming so crowded with racks and displays it's hard to navigate with the huge red carts. It's just not shopper friendly anymore. I am a red card holder and have shopped Target religiously for the last 10 years for everything. It's just not pleasant anymore.

Target barbie dream house

On November 26, 2017 I purchased a Barbie Dream House from Target.com and paid $176.54 for the item. The product came in a brown box, jammed into the box were loose pieces and without the additional items advertised on Target. I called Target and complained about the item and was treated very rudely by the customer service representative. I contacted PayPal to have the item returned and my money refunded. PayPal, after months found in favor of Target (unaware of why?). Other consumers had mentioned the Dream House sent to them in a brown box (not the original box) and pieces that were loose in the box on the Target website. Long story short, after several months, I contacted Mattel today to let them know how their product was being represented by Target. The customer service representative was wonderful. She is having UPS pick up the item with a paid label and is refunding me the total purchase of the product. Thank you Mattel and your wonderful customer service. I won't shop at Target again, but will definitely purchase Mattel products again. Amazon Prime wonderful. Does anyone wonder why brick and mortar businesses are not surviving? No hassle with Amazon!

Target not having the right signage then not honoring how things are marked.

I went shopping at target yesterday. I was waiting in line behind a couple buying easter candy. ( I had same candy in my cart) it was signed candy 2for $6. It was a whole aisle of candy and sign all up and down the aisle. When got to register the couple nicely said I thought those were 2 for $6. The girl at register took out ad and proceeded to say that the bag was the wrong size package for the sale, however it was where the sign stated. The cashier got very rude and stated that there were too many people back in that area to keep things in the right places. Ok however it was not a stray bag it was a pile of them. She continued to be rude while saying I have to honor the circular. My question for her was "What happened to the customer being right?" Well she didn't like that at all she shot me a look to kill. So I walked out with about $200. dollars on the register. I am also a red card holder, which should tell you I shop there alot! ! This has not been the first issue I have had with the Watertown ny store. However this is the first time I have complained. I truly love your store, but will not be back until the clerks know that it is a privilege to work there and to treat customers correctly. I am pretty sure that others overheard and won't be back either( just from what I heard and saw).

Target employees in the electronics section; tablet

What happened was this. I have been wanting to get my daughter a tablet from the target store in porterville ca. I had purchased both my sons one each and felt it was time to buy one for my daughter. Now when I anitioaly went there last week target was sold out so I spoke to an employee in the electronics section and asked when would they be getting some more tablets he stated to me he didn't know that I can keep checking in to see if they had got them yet. Then I asked him that if when they did get them would there be any way I can get one reserved just till I got off work if they happen to come in during the day. The employee then told me no they don't or can't do that for anyone it's either you come in and get one or you go online and have one delivered to the store or to my own home plus shipping and handling fee. I said OK and that was that. Every day ever scence the day that employee told me that they can not reserve for no one I have been going in in the afternoons and calling in every morning and on my lunch break with no shipment coming in until today now I don't know how many tablets came in but as soon as I got off work I called to target and asked if there where any the employees on the line said there was one more I told him OK I will go now to purchase it then he said we'll I wouldn't be able to do that because that they where waiting for this guy to come pick it up. I mentioned what was said to me and he said for me to hold on. He then stated to me that sorry they where all out that the lady had already picked it up then he must have thought I couldn't hear but he said to another employee that another employee had told him to save him one because he was going to purchase it when he got paid. I told him I was outside with my money In my hand but still said that they where sold out. I stated I was going to go in and speak to the manager he hung up on me and when I went to the electronic section there where no employees there. I purchased a few items and they where still gone when I was leaving.

Target order not received

I placed an order on target.com on Feb 10, 2018. 2 of the items have never shipped. First I was given a delay notice via email and I decided that I was okay with the items arriving between. Feb 16-18 which is what the notice said. Today is Feb 20 and the items have never arrived. I called target.com and said that now I want the items cancelled and I have been told that I cannot cancel the items because it's too late. The items still have not shipped and there is no tracking number but I am now being told that I have no choice but to pay for the items. I spoke with a supervisor named John employee #[protected] who claims that he is the only person I can speak to that there is no one above him and that he can't connect me with anyone. He also refused to send me an email with any estimated shipping or delivery info.

Target register at checkout

My husband went into a Target store on Olentangy River Road, Cols, Ohio to use our gift cards and was checking out at the self serve register. His vision is not good and ask the associate at Target to help him read the cards and the associate was nasty and told him he was busy but was just standing there looking around. My husband was furious and the purchase had to come out of our bank account instead of the gift cards. This is not the first time this Target Store has been uncooperative. A very nasty way of doing customer service.

Target credit card

I lost my job and was behind on making payments. This is the only credit card company that has taken me to small claims court and garnished my check. I have since found a job and have been trying to dig my way out of the nightmare I was in but when Buckels and Buckels / Target takes 1/3 of your paycheck it is impossible. I am going through a divorce also so my income is what me and my boys have to live on. When I called Buckles and Buckles to discuss what I could make in payments, the amount I said was not good enough because it wasn't the garnished amount. How is someone suppose to live? It was a total of $3000 that I owed Target and they are taking over $1200 a month out of my check. I can't even make a house payment let alone put food on my table. One thing I know... I am done dealing with Target all together.

Target up & up lubricating + rewetting eye drops

While the price point is excellent (the ingredients are so basic that what the brand names charge is truly ridiculous), the plastic bottle is so stiff that it's extremely difficult to squeeze. It's so stiff when holding upside down between two fingers while holding the eye open with the other hand, you have to squeeze so hard that 4-5 drops pour out and down the side of your face. Eye drops are supposed to be designed so as to drop a single drop at a time.

Target food on shelves

I have been shopping at the Dublin store and the San Ramon Target for 20 years. Within the last two years I have consistently purchased food off of the shelves that has already been expired. The last year I have been checking the expiration dates on the items, and about one third of the items have been expired. Sometimes I will forget to look, and I take it home and am so angry because it is expired and I need to throw it away. My daughter takes me to the store every two weeks, so I don't want to leave the expired items on my shelves or refrigerator, because I don't want anyone to accidentally eat them. I have wasted hundreds of dollars because of the negligence of your staff, and I'm tired of it and refuse to shop at this store any longer. One of these days, someone is going to unknowingly eat expired foods and get sick and sue.

As an awareness to you, I have never purchased or seen an item in the San Ramon store that has been expired. You should probably consult with the store, so that you can improve yours. It is a very dangerous neglect.

A monetary award would be appropriate.

Target employment

Target does not care about their employees. The Team Leads, Senior Team Leads and Executive Team Leads all gang up on the team members. At store # 2221, which is a Super Target, on Prominent Point in Colorado Springs, CO. The supervisors and upper management treat us employees worse than any job I have ever worked at... and I worked at XEROX. The store is a demoralizing environment and the Leads do nothing to help. They even criticize you and begin to isolate you by speaking negatively about you to other leads. Target management is composed of unintelligent bullies who bark orders and then criticize your every flaw. They are reluctant to train you properly and then assassinate your character to their coworkers because of their neglect to show you the correct method. There is no positive reinforcement, they will verbally berate you until you cant take it anymore. It is the most demoralizing environment, the most sickening leadership, even the general manger, Coleen, positively reinforces her Team Leads' negative behaviors. No employee at store #2221 is happy, or proud of what they do. There is no avenue to succeed in the store, they hire from outside the company to fill management positions. I was there for half a year and watched them replace three Lead's with externally hired Team Members. This store's management advises you to communicate and vocalize your goals in the company, and then stifles your growth with negative counseling sessions a.k.a write-ups. Every level of management is incapable of communicating properly resulting in multiple different orders that contradict each other. How is one supposed to properly execute a task when each Lead has specifically stated a different manner in which it needs to be done. They force responsibilities with no incentive to succeed, and then wrongfully direct blame to the team member instead of the Lead.
While I was working at this Target; store #2221, I was working a second job to make ends meet, a job that meant a lot to me. A job that only required me to work Wednesday evenings. I was directly told by my Lead to not put in an availability change but to advise him of what day and hours I needed off, and I did that. Instead of giving me the time I needed off to work my second job, he scheduled me on that day. I then decided to put in an availability change for that specific day off and he declined the change. After missing three shifts in a row at my second job due to my Lead at Target's inability to help me, I was ultimately terminated. He then had the audacity to make jokes about my financial situation, stating that he found it funny that I had a girlfriend still, after having my identity stolen, losing my second job, and then working for minimum wage at Target.
To any person looking for employment at Target, steer clear of #2221.

Target motorized carts

I have called in about this and have a Case number. No one has followed up.
Case #[protected] (Colorado stores)
I have also posted this on twitter and received immediate response from Target but nothing has been changed.
Whoever ordered their new driving motorized carts OBVIOUSLY does not have anyone in their life that is disabled. Their older carts had handles where you could control the cart to go forward and backwards with one hand. The new carts you need both your hands to make the cart work properly. My Mother had a stroke and does not have the use of her right arm. It is kept in a sling. The older carts she could use easily. The new carts she struggles to use as she has to use her left hand to reach across to the handlebars to try and push the lever to make the cart go forward. It difficult to explain so please see pictures attached. There is an estimated 795, 000 people who have strokes in the United States a year. A lot of them suffer from paralysis to one side of body. What about those who are amputees? The new carts do not work for a lot of the people who need them. They are very dangerous and frankly Target is asking for a lawsuit from someone who could hurt themselves, fall off, or hurt someone else in one of their stores.

I am very sorry for your mom. I'm sure she is a terrific lady. You're suggestion had merit, but should hardly be considered a complaint. If your mom needs a special form of transportation, it may help her and you to get her something she has to use permanently.
