I visited the Tara visionary medium website and got a free reading, following this I purchased an in depth reading from her with the promise that if I was not fully satisfied I would receive a full and fast refund, no questions asked on request. I never received the reading. I never received a response to a refund request sent over 4 times to her listed email address: [protected]@taramedium.com
How do I get my money back?
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.
I am having a similar issue although I did receive a reading. I have requested a refund via the contact us link on the webpage and not received a response. I tried to request a refund again today and it's saying that my email address isn't recognized. Has anyone received a refund that they state is guaranteed if not completely satisfied?
Well here's a nice problem. I haven't had anything to do with Tara over the past year or more yet yesterday I noticed she has been taking out money every month. I've tried to get in touch with her but it's been so long ago I don't remember which email I was using at that time and I said good bye to her but she has still been taking out money from my account. This has been for over a year or two now. She refuses to answer me due to my not using the email that I used at the time. She owes me over $250. I never looked for it but I was talking to a person at my bank which is Bank of America in a phone call. We were laughing until she told me that she didn't know I was seeing a Psychic and I said no. Well the bank has stopped payment for good but I want at least $150 back and I won't go after her anymore nor will I say anything bad about her unless she refuses. I have talked to a good friend of mine and he told me to get a copy of the payments from the bank and get ready to go for an arrest warrant. So if there is anything anyone can do to get at least that much I mentioned $150.00 then she will never hear from me again.

Surely there is some kind of misunderstanding but it might be possible to have still some debits ongoing when choosing the payment method in 3 monthly installments.
I can check your file and give some kind of feedback but in order to do that, I will require to have a transaction number and/or the email address that was registered. Can you reply privately with this info?
The other option will be always to contact TARA directly by email or using the site's contact page.
