hi,
I watched many advertisements in Design Home, however, i didn't received any offer diamonds. I feel so frustrated and disappointed that i spent a lot of time to watch advertisements but didn't get anything. Please help me to solve this problem. My design home log in name is LazyGaGa, designer ID is [protected], i do not know the reference number, thank you!

I applied for the betfred offer of over 64000 diamonds. I opened an account with them purely for the reason of receiving the diamonds. I deposited 10 pounds and placed some bets as asked. I have never received these. I tried to complain within the app but there was never a betfair ticket subject. I tried to communicate within another subject but as it is computer generated i soon found out this was no use? Only othe way to contact is a us phone number and i am in uk.

I played three games and only received part of my rewards. I don't know which one the diamonds applied to.
I reached the requested level for each game.

Portal quest
I didn't receive my diamonds from part of the games listed above for home design.

I also sent an email last week with no response.

On arcane Legends, I completed an offer to 'reach level 10 in mobile strike'. This required an app to be downloaded and a task to be completed. The app was downloaded and task completed over several days.

The offer did not require a phone call, nor a subscription/payment.

Upon completion of the offer, I should have received 421 platinum for the account on Arcane Legends. 48 hours later, as well as 24 hours on from an offer report, I still have not received the reward.

I recently completed an offer promoted within 8 ball Pool whereby I had to download 'Mobile Strike' app and get to Level 11 (HQ) to receive 164 cash.
I completed this but did not receive the cash, I have emailed at least 3 times but only received 1 automated email response. I included all evidence to verify the completion of the offer.

There is an offer available in an app called:"Ninja Girl". The offer said "Earn 448 mn-point" from Tapjoy after reaching level 15 in a game called "Jackpot City". I completed the offer but haven't received the mn-point. At first, when i try to claim my 448 mn-points for the offer, the app crack. After that, i can't even find that offer anymore. I placed effort in completing the offer and I deserve the promised rewards. I heard this is a recurring problem in TapJoy and I am hoping to receive compensation for this.

A new offer was in my available offers in Design Home game. The offer said "Get more rewards!" from Tapjoy complete a quick action for a payout of 25632 diamonds to be reward in the game. I clicked on it and It took me to additional offers. It did not say how many offers I needed to complete however, I completed 2 offers. I received the rewards for the 2 offers but not for the first one of 25632 from Tapjoy. I filled out a support request and selected the choice of "not receiving a huge payout from Tapjoy". Within a minute of submitting the request, I received an email saying that I had already received a huge payout of 314 diamonds . Ref # [protected]. The 314 diamonds I received was from a previous offer. The new offer said 25632 diamonds not 314. I replied back to the email I received but have not received a response. If Tapjoy only allows 1 offer per person, by clicking the Tapjoy link like it says, then why does it keep listing it as an offer with different amounts and stating "Get more Rewards!" There were no rules explaining what was required to receive the payout only to complete a quick action. I completed a quick action but was not awarded the payout as stated. I was trying to get cash points for 8 Ball Pool and then you guys gave me false hope by saying I would get my cash points you guys send me a letter saying you guys are behind you guys had a bunch of BS in there about all those other things that wasn't on the offer I sent it to that email and I haven't heard a reply so basically ive been ripped off you company don't communicate well you obviously don't care but you guys

Either way, the email said I had already received my reward, but I had not. I actually spent money in Mobile Strike to complete the requirements in a short amount of time, and would like the promised reward, please.

Im playing 8ball pool and there was an event where you download and upgrade headquarters to lv10. And after a few days i completed the lv 10 and its been a while and i cant see my coins added into my account. I have already sent them screen shots and complaint but i cant seem to reemail them because i have already sent them an complaint according to the coin...

I haven't received my reward for the Game of War offer. The task that I had to complete in order to obtain my prize is that all I had to do was download the game and upgrade my stronghold in Game of War to lvl 5 then to lvl 10 this is exactly what I did but I didn't receive anything from this by the way this is two separate offers that I didn't get anything from it has been a couple of days since I have completed these two offers and I still haven't gotten my reward Please fix this problem ASAP and respond to the email that I already have sent to TapJoy Thank You

I completed a cash offer requirement last Monday the 10/4, it is now Tuesday 18/4 & I am yet to receive my 1984 cash, it says awarded, I've sent previous correspondence and have got no reply.. I've been playing tap to riches for some time now, doing all the offers to get gems to make the game easier, even used own money to buy them (Yes i'm sad) what i'm really annoyed with is I am still waiting for the 924 gems for completing jackpot city level 15 which was done ages ago and some reason claims I had recieved them but I haven't and also I completed the viking game to level 5 for like 360 gems? The game told me to level up to 10 for Mobile Strike and game of war. I completed level 10 and upgraded stronghold to level 5 in Mobile Strike AND Game of War. I didn't get my 500+ tickets for both offers. I placed effort in completing those two surveys and I deserve the promised rewards. I have joined Betfair and loaded 10, played some games, I've also completed the gala bingo following all instructions. I have not been rewarded with the gems as promised. I'm not sure if this is the way I should complain but the missing gem section is also not working so had no joy. I hope you will be able to rectify the situation or point me in the direction to correct the situation.

This company is a waste. They don't care about their users and are only in it for the money. If one is to complete any of their offers 80% will not recieved their rewards. This is ridiculous and it needs to stop. I've personally have sent multiple emails to the company to resolve my issues, but nothing has been done. They responded by blaming other company's "checking" systems multiple times. This company is terrible, i will never again interact with this company and I will make sure people I don't either.

Hi, over the last two days I've been using the tapjoy offer wall on Avakin Life to earn coins, I've downloaded 7 games, 1 app and completed 1 quiz. I'm still waiting for my coins. I can't complain through the game because the offers aren't listed above the description. The games and apps are : Endless Frontier, My Little Farmies Mobile, eBay, Move Your Eggs 2, The Avengers, The destroyer, Bubble Shooter, Bubble shooter and completed a Christmas quiz on Mobile Quiz Star. I completed two tasks. Specifically they were to download the Bible app and to download the Tophatter app and run them. I completed the tasks and even created accounts on both apps, but I was not credited my diamonds on the covet fashion game. I have waited two days to see if the diamonds would be credited to my account, but they have still not been added to my account. I have provided screen shots to prove that I have completed the tasks. Please fix the problem.

Hi I have still not received coins for completing a game up to a certain level I have put in a complaint through the game but I am not getting any reply. Please could this be looked at.
